Story
Marvelous Mila! She is a brindle beauty with such amazing eyes. She can give those classic puppy dog looks which make us all swoon! This pretty girl was found as a stray. She was rather thin, and she seemed defeated. We just know that she is looking for love, compassion, and stability! She is such a sweetheart, and she adores chin scritches. And the occasional belly rub. What a good girl! Can you give this doll the home she so wants please? She needs a kitty free home please. She looks forward to meeting you soon.

Story
I`m in a FOSTER HOME! If you`d like to meet me, please email my foster parent at julz711@gmail.comMeet Chica, the sweetest little cinnamon roll with a deceptively frowny face. After being abandoned at a bike rack and spending a few anxious months in the shelter, this gentle lady is finally blossoming in her foster home – and she couldn`t be happier to have a warm, safe place to wait for her forever family.Miss Chica has impeccable manners. She is making good progress on potty training, doesn`t bark or jump, and has shown no signs of resource guarding. She responds well to `sit` and `wait` and is eager to expand her vocabulary. When her foster mom is busy, she contentedly entertains herself with a bone. The only mischief she`s likely to get into when left alone is sneaking into the human bed for a nap.She is working on building up her confidence on walks in the bustling city, but once she gets going, she’s a loose-leash pro. She appears to have a high prey drive, so she might not be suited for a home with cats. We suspect she`s dog-selective but haven`t had the opportunity to introduce her to other dogs or children yet. While her serious expression may make you think she’s all business, Chica is starting to show hints of a goofy side. She’ll joyfully galumph after balls and nudge for pets when she`s in the mood for scritches. Most of the time though, Chica is happiest curled up next to you on the couch, snoring the day away. She is truly a snuggly, affectionate pup who can’t wait to finally have a home to call her own.

Story
Hello - Nash, here and I'm a catch! I'm about 32lbs of pure love. I may be some sort of hound/terrier mix, because I am super smart and like to sniff a lot! I I sleep in my crate through the night - no problem. I potty outside like a good boy. I am pretty light on the leash, but I need more practice in that department. I am getting along famously with the 3 dogs in my foster home, 2 bigger than me and one shorter than my long-legged self. We have so much fun playing! When they tell me it's time to stop, I listen, but they are very assertive! A playmate close to my age and size would be best for me in my forever home. I still like to pick up my human's shoes and socks sometimes, so a good supply of toys is a must. My foster mom said she cannot communicate enough how much I crave love and human touch. I'm the snuggler you are looking for! Nash is spayed and up-to-date on vaccines. The adoption fee for this dog is $425 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter. PetConnect Rescue cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and the general appearance of the animal at the time they enter our system. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Ann is patiently looking for her forever home. After a very long stay at a rural shelter, Ann is loving life in a foster home but would love to find her forever people. Ann is a very sweet girl who loves attention and aims to please. Her foster family crates her at night and when they leave the house. She settles down quickly in the crate after briefly expressing her dislike. She is quiet all night and very happy to greet you in the morning. Ann is house broken, not food aggressive and just loves visitors. They must be there to see her of course! She is dog friendly and could live with dog savvy cats as she does find them fun to chase a bit in her spare time. Ann is quickly learning basic obedience training and responds very positively to correction and is food motivated. She is a quick study! Ann does have a decent amount of energy but settles very nicely after a nice walk or romp in the yard. Ann's favorite activity is chasing her ball in the backyard and of course, being with her people. Are you ready to make this beautiful girl part of your family? This dog's adoption fee is $400. If you are viewing on PetFinder and cannot see photos or would like to apply for Ann, please visit our website www.frecklesfoundation.org. Dogs are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives. Freckles Foundation & Animal Rescue cannot guarantee the exact age or breed of any animal in our care. The age and breed listed are based on information we may have been provided, and the appearance of the animal.
