DSDA is very careful to place our dogs in homes that we believe are the best fit for the dog based on our experience with each dog. All of our dogs live in foster homes which allows us the opportunity to learn about their individual needs. Must be home more than not. Vet checks are required! All resident pets in the applicant's home MUST be spayed or neutered, core vaccines up to date and dogs on heartworm prevention to be considered! No exceptions. Must be 21 years or older with identification showing present address. Must have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in the household. Must receive proof of pet deposit and lease allowing pets if renting. Willingness and capacity to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and responsible care for a pet. All poisonous plants must be removed from the yard. He is affectionate and loves to give kisses and cuddle with his people. He should be ok with another dog about his same size, but if you are looking for an only dog situation, Blake is an excellent choice. He would love to get all of his people's love, attention, and play time. Speaking of play time, he loves to play fetch, and any old ball will do, but he hasn't quite mastered the part of bringing the ball back! He is crate and potty trained. I adopted him from a Foster home. I named him Enzo. All his shots are up to date the foster home did it all. He is very cuddly. He is about 7 months old, super smart and clever. He does great with my other dog and as well as my cat. He is very delicate and friendly. Potty trained and crate trained. Sadly Im looking to rehouse my dogs. 16 hours shifts don’t sit well, I feel horrible. I’m hoping someone with a loving home and family can show Enzo a great life.

Piglet is very vocal with his grunts and squeals but it is all in fun. He enjoys a game of chase and then he sleep very soundly. He has lived with both dogs and cats. Piglet LOVES to go on walks and does very well on a leash. Piglet likes to be near his people but doesn't pester you for pets. He's just happy to have you within his view. Piglet is a great coworker as he lays quietly in the office and dosen't react when Amazon comes with a delivery.. Piglet would do well with someone who is patient and will give him time to feel safe in a new place.
