Story
Dozer is a happy dog who is one of the sweetest, gentlest dogs you'll ever meet. He's a bit of a couch potato but loves playing with his squeaky toys. He's pretty smart, well-behaved, and usually responds to commands the first time, especially "no" and "come." He is a big ball of goofiness and love. He is looking for his forever home and he would love it to be you. He is an extremely sweet dog who's pretty lazy and easygoing at home. He needs to be the only dog in the home. Unfortunately, Dozer was attacked by another dog, breaking his leg. It required surgery and he's been healing very well! Because of the attack though, Dozer would be more comfortable being the only dog around. He's happy to give all of his love to his people and spend his days being a couch potato with his favorite folks. His Foster Dad says that he is one of the sweetest dogs he's ever met!

Story
Meet Hobie! 🌟 A Story of Triumph and Resilience 🌟 Hobie's journey to Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue was one of incredible resilience and transformation. He emerged from a harrowing situation, where he was one of 60 dogs in a hoarding situation, where they were left to fend for themselves, breeding, and even fighting. Despite the hardships he endured, Hobie's spirit remained unbroken. 💔 From Shut Down to Opening Up 💖 When Hobie first arrived at the rescue, his spirit had been dimmed by his past. He was initially so shut down that he had to be carried everywhere, and he couldn't bring himself to make eye contact with anyone. It was clear that he had experienced more than his fair share of hardships. 🧡 A Heart of Gold 🧡 What sets Hobie apart is his incredible resilience and innate kindness. Despite the challenges he faced, he never displayed any signs of aggression. His gentle nature and forgiving spirit have been a source of inspiration to all who have had the privilege of caring for him. 🐶 Finding Comfort in Canine Companionship 🐶 Hobie's transformation truly began to take shape when he found solace in the company of another dog in his foster home. Their companionship has been nothing short of remarkable. Hobie is learning to trust, and his newfound canine friend has played a significant role in helping him come out of his shell. 🏡 Looking for a Forever Home 🏡 Hobie is now on the path to healing, and he's ready to find a forever home where he can continue his journey of recovery and growth. He's looking for a patient and loving family who can provide him with the safe and nurturing environment he deserves. 🐾 Join Hobie on His Journey 🐾 If you're someone who believes in second chances and has the heart and compassion to offer Hobie the love and support he needs, he will reward you with a lifetime of loyalty and gratitude. Together, you can help this resilient soul continue his remarkable journey from hardship to happiness. Hobie's story is a testament to the resilience of dogs and the power of love to heal even the deepest wounds. Will you be the one to give Hobie the forever home he so deserves? Come meet him at Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue and be part of his incredible transformation.

Meet Zoey! She is ready for her furever home! Zoey has been in boarding for way too long, and really deserves a home! Zoey is about 5 years old and 70 pounds. She was rescued from rural South Texas and is looking for her fresh start. She is SUCH a sweet girl who loves her people! Zoey is a huge cuddle bug and always ready to play! She is also very intelligent and is even completely potty-trained. Since Zoey is a big energetic girl, she needs an active Colorado lifestyle. She would love to be taken on daily walks, hikes, and runs! She loves to play, so she does NEED a home with a fenced yard. Zoey is super affectionate and sweet, and would do best with older children and adults. She does like to be the center of attention, so she CAN NOT go to a home with other dogs or cats. What she is really looking for is someone who will love her unconditionally! Zoey is completely vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $100. ##1480116##
