Story
He has been the most wonderful companion for me. I bought him as a friend for my husbands American Bulldog who when my spouse passed and could not stop crying for him. Since then I've almost lost my ability to walk due to a hip needing replaced and losing my health insurance when my job closed down. A car ran thru my home on Thanksgiving day and I've been in temporary housing ever since. I'll be moving in with my son in his small trailer and can't take the dogs. I'm asking if you can help me rehome Kobe before that happens. He's potty trained and used to family life. Please call Kathy at 302-983-1761November 5, 2024, 3:21 pm

Story
~Adoptable Bella~ Bella is a 3 year old girl who loves to play ball and spend time with her favorite people. She spent over a year in the shelter before we stepped up to rescue her. Because of the time spent in the shelter as well as her unknown past, she came into rescue as a 60-pound bouncy girl without any manners or training. Bella spent a month with a professional trainer and has been with her foster working hard on the skills learned. She can be excitable and greets new people with a loud, deep bark which can be intimidating to some. Bella has made so much progress while in rescue, but needs an adopter who is committed to continuing her training with leash walking and appropriately greeting new people. Bella does fine with other dogs when properly introduced slowly, but needs someone who will give her time to settle in and slowly acclimate to her new surroundings. Bella is looking for a patient, consistent adopter who will help her continue to build confidence and continue her training. She is very food motivated and will do almost anything for a treat. She has a lot of love to give and we are really hoping to find her a forever home soon! It may be easy for some to pass Bella by because she needs continued training and slower introductions, but if you give Bella a true, fair chance, you’ll find she would love nothing more than to be your best little buddy who is very eager to please. Please complete the application below if you are interested in getting approved to meet her! She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped for an adoption fee of $325.  https://form.jotform.com/fairytailsrescuemd/dogpuppy-adoption-applicationOctober 27, 2024, 8:28 am

Age:1.5 Weight: 76 Location: New Hope, PA Good with other dogs?: Yes. He's very submissive and will pancake himself to the ground. As soon as he knows it's okay (either vocal reassurance "It's ok, Buzzy" or welcoming, loose body language) he jumps up though and wants attention. He does this with humans and dogs. Good with cats? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with a cat Good with children? OK for kids over: 10 Activity Preference: Needs a couple walks a day., Needs in-house activities, Up for a long hike any day., Low maintenance overall but needs quality outside time., Will go with the flow IQ: Smart Buzzy's favorite things: He loves other dogs and playtime, He loves to snuggle w/people and other dogs. Meet Buzzy He's a cuddler. He loves to lay on the couch with us or on top of us. He's not pushy about it though. If you ask him to move or get off of you, he will. He doesn't do much licking or "kissing". He sits for treats without you even asking and he takes them gently. He rides very well in the car. He did end up in the front seat with me but curled up into a little ball and slept. He walks well with only a leash and collar. We've had absolutely no accidents in the house. He's very well trained, he even barks at the door to let us know when he needs to go out. Right now we're feeding him Fromm Four Star kibble and a little bit of raw.   PLEASE READ: Adopters will not be considered without completing an application.
