Welcome Buddy to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 2-year old American Bulldog and Australian Cattle dog is our best guess on the mix. He has a lower coat and does shed. He is a bit of a puller on leash when he first gets out of his kennel. He is intelligent, affectionate and ready to learn. It doesn’t appear he would be hard to train but may have not had a lot of training in his first home. He would be great for a runner, jogger or hiker. He is sturdy and could keep pace and would love to join his human. He is in my opinion a perfect man dog. He loves men naturally and leans in to show his affection. He hasn’t been reactive on leash when walking around other dogs. He is social and not afraid of new people. He is exuberant so we think he would be best around children that are 8 or older. He would do great with an active family that wants an active companion. He does slow down and likes to chill out as well. He is not perpetual motion. He is getting neutered soon and is already getting his vaccinations and will be chipped. He is hw negative and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Angel I am very loving dog, she loves being loved. She has a great personality. She loves her walks and sniffing most of the walk. She loves to chew, so I learned to put items up high so she can’t get at them. Her nick name is sniff n chew. She’s friendly and the only dog that ever would hug me. She likes marrow bones for chewing. She follows me all over the house daily. Looking out windows is another favorite for her and she going in the car. I’m very sad to let her go.

Bravo is my name, now that indicates two things- either, BRAVO!!! Great dog!! OR, Bravo that comes after Alpha and before Charlie. Phonetically speaking- it could be EITHER! I’m a sweet girl who loves nothing more than lounging at home and playing fetch or keep-away with my favorite balls. I may be a bit older, but I’m still full of energy and love to stay active!  In fact, I've been working with a trainer and its's recommended a daily walk (outside Or on the treadmill!) for mental stimulation. I’m totally potty trained and do well with crate time, though sometimes I’ll bark if I don’t get my way. I also need daily eye drops, but I’m good about taking them. I prefer a quieter, adult-only home since busy places and small kids make me nervous. I do best as an only dog so I can get all your attention. We can Netflix and chill on the couch and I promise to be your bestest friend and loyal companion. At 45 lbs, this charming fella is an expert lounger and 85% couch potato, but don’t let that fool you—he’s also got a playful side and loves a good walk or car ride. I’m about 6 months to a year old and full of life, always ready for adventure. I came to Underdog when my previous family could no longer care for me, but now I’m loving my new foster home and learning all about my new routine. I’m a big fan of snuggling on the couch, but don’t let that fool you—I’ve got loads of energy to burn! I love my daily walks, and I’d thrive in a home where I can get regular exercise, like a trip to the dog park or some playtime in the yard. If I don’t get enough activity, I might get a little mischievous, so keeping me active is key to making sure I’m a happy girl! I also love chewing on bully sticks, playing with my Kongs filled with treats, and solving dog puzzle toys. I’m really well-behaved when it comes to leash walking, and I sleep well in my crate (although I do love my couch snuggles when I can get them). I’m getting close to being fully potty trained when I’m on a good schedule, but I’ll need a little more time and patience to perfect it. I also have a strong prey drive, so I’m not a fan of cats (sorry, feline friends!). However, I’m great with other dogs of all sizes and would love to have doggy friends to play with. I’ve been through a lot, but I’ve healed up completely from pneumonia and am doing great in my foster home. I absolutely love kids and enjoy going on walks and playing with my foster siblings. I greet other dogs respectfully and am always up for a fun game of tug or fetch. If an event is not listed within their bio above, the animal is not planning to attend.  Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. We recommend filling out an application and we will set up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption, but each bio is written by the foster as they see them, in their home.
