Meet Chewy! She is a sweet girl who has come a long way and shown she is excited for a new life! She can be shy when meeting new people and will probably appreciate a patient and gentle adopter who can allow her to approach life at her own pace, so a quiet home will be ideal. We have heard from our volunteers that Chewy is a sweetheart searching for pets, easy to walk, inquisitive, sits politely and excels in catching treats when they are tossed to her.Chewy will only be placed in a home without other dogs due to guarding behavior around her food bowl and favorite toys, and she's recommended to live without young children at this time. Story
Ginny is a super sweet girl who we have had since July 2024! She came to us as a stray dog who spent the first 1.5(ish) years of her life on the streets and she has been spoiled rotten ever since. Ginny loves every human and dog that she meets but is not cat-friendly. She loves to sit outside to watch the trees and the squirrels, and will gladly cuddle with you any day or night. She is house trained and knows the commands sit, wait, and come, and walks well on leash and off leash. Her ideal home would be either an only-pet home with humans that are home bodies and able to give her constant love and enrichment or a home with another doggy friend she can play with when she wants to.

Story
Jedi is a six year old front leg tripod pitty mix. I am just fostering him right now, but I have known him almost his whole life. He is the sweetest, silliest boy who wants to have a good play sesh and then snuggle up on the couch. He is very well potty trained with never an accident. He is crate trained and loves spending time in his kennel, I am told by neighbors with no crying or anything. He is GREAT with my cats and adores them, but gives them space when they want it. He is great with other dogs too, large and small. Because he is a tripod, he does require more medical care than the average dog. We have just done X rays and blood work, all looking very good! But he has arthritis in his front elbow and takes joint pain medication, but still gets around great. Everyone loves this guy, he has such a big personality!

Meet Bones, a survivor who embodies resilience and hope. This brave pitbull has overcome unimaginable trauma, emerging not with bitterness, but with an incredible capacity to love. Rescued from a horrific situation where he was abandoned alongside his siblings, Bones was the only one who survived unthinkable conditions - locked in a bathroom, drinking toilet water, and witnessing the tragic loss of his family. Despite experiencing the worst of human cruelty, he still believes in the goodness of people. Bones carries his past with courage, not fear. His spirit remains unbroken, and he's ready to transform his story from one of survival to one of healing and love. He's looking for a patient, compassionate family who understands that his journey is about rebuilding trust and finding safety. Bones doesn't just need an owner; he needs a hero who will show him that not all humans cause harm, and that love can truly heal all wounds. Can you help him find his final home?
