Story
Meet Yasmin, a 100% pitbull that weighs around 40 pounds! Despite her petite size she is full of energy and life and is looking for a home to call her own! She is a super love bug once she gets to know you and she is protective over her human(s). Yasmin is looking for an active household that is also going to keep up with her training! She comes with 2 free lessons with her trainer! She has been getting basic obedience as well as behavioral modification on and off since we rescued her and is currently back in board and train now and has been the last few months. Yasmin needs a strong handler and someone that has owned a pitbull before. She can live with other dogs just fine and she does take time to warm up to new people in the household so either no kids in the home or a very dog savvy kid that will understand Yasmins boundaries. She would love to go on walks, hikes, camping, to the beach, etc! She is up for anything and she does great in the car. Looking for a new adventure buddy Yasmin is your girl! She is currently in the Portland, Oregon area with her trainer and can also be adopted anywhere in California! If interested in adopting Yasmin you can fill out the adoption application here www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptionsJanuary 22, 2025, 12:18 am

Story
Meet Teddy! He is really smart, really sweet and while he has plenty of energy the thing he loves most in the world is to sit and cuddle with you on the sofa or on a super soft blanket on the bed. Teddy is looking for a loving family to spend the rest of his years with. He will need an experienced, caring and patient owner. Teddy isn't cat friendly and would do well with older children only because he is a larger dog. Story
Introducing, the sweet & stylish DOLLY! 💕🌟💕🤩 Dolly is a 1 year old pittie mix that was rescued with her litter mates. This resilient girl has had a tough puppyhood, but she’s landed with one of the best foster families 🩷 Dolly truly blossomed into a well behaved, cuddly, silly & loving companion!🌸 Dolly-gal LOVES cats, she has been the best foster sister for a litter of kittens and did great with her senior foster kitty-sister🐈 We think she may be secretly part feline with her instinctual love…🐈‍⬛ Dolly also LOVES dogs, she has done great with her foster doggy siblings and is eager to meet other friendly pups. She would love to have a playful doggy sibling in her furever family💖one of her favorite activities is playing, including chewing & tossing toys around the house🧸 Dolly loves joining her foster parents on trips to the brewery, dog park, car rides, and outdoor patios.☀️ She tends to warm up quicker to women (despite being obsessed with her foster dad), but has grown to love her foster daddy’s buddies- even flirting by giving them tender kisses on the cheek 🥰 Not only is she a pretty face, Dolly is potty trained and does great on leash! She knows come, down, stay, & UP ⬆️ Dolly has been working hard on building her confidence 💪 She is shy with strangers, and will be best matched with an adopter who is patient and willing to continue her socialization. Due to her timidity, a household with no small children is best💜 Dolly has come SO far, we know she will continue to blossom with loving humans! Not only is she ready to complete your family, she is ready to fulfill your soul with joy and happiness!! Dolly is spayed, microchipped, & up to date on shots. Her adoption fee is $200 🐾 please consider submitting an adoption application if interested in meeting the good-est girl! https://dooverdogs.com/multi-step-adoption-form-1/

Story
Hi! I am Harper! I am a 5 year old mix. My family has all kinds of nick names for me - Harper charper, chips, chappy, thicks, etc. I have found myself in a pickle and searching for a new home because my older doggie sister and I dont always see eye to eye.  I have a 3 year old human brother that is my best bud. He’s always respectful around me so we spend a lot of time hanging out. I try to get the cat to play with me too but she never goes for it. I don’t chase her or anything, just want a cuddle buddy! My favorite past time is cuddling under a blanket, preferably in front of a warm fireplace. My family isn’t the outdoor type but I bet I would like going on adventures. I don’t like when other dogs walk behind my house.. I have jumped a 4ft fence one time so now I require supervision for my outings. But other dogs at a dog park? No problem! My family is heartbroken and they will miss me because I’m (usually) a very good girl! If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in me!) My adoption fee is $200 and I am spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations for my age ##956877##

Hello, I'm Posie. I'm super bouncy and love to twirl in circles when I'm excited. I love chew toys and running fast! Children 8 and older would be best, so I don't knock them down. What can we say about sweet Cheyenne? She may only have one eye but she makes up for it with her huge, loving heart! Cheyenne is a 2 year old pitbull mix looking for a loving , patient home. We don't know her background but she is still adjusting to posh indoor-living and can be timid at first. Luckily, it's pretty short-lived as she blossoms quickly and becomes the best cuddle-buddy you could ever imagine.  She must have another dog in the home as she gains so much confidence from them and they help her understand that she's safe. Don't be fooled by her pictures, Cheyenne and her huge heart come wrapped in a snack-sized package! ##2277337##

Fun loving, goofy, party in the shape of a dog. Virgil loves to play with all the dogs in the house. He especially loves to play fetch. He loves his walks but needs work since he just wants to go and check out everything. He is getting better with every walk.  He can be described as a ball of energy! Not the biggest fan of his crate but I think he just doesn't like being by himself. I Love to cuddle! Come check him out at our next adoption event. ##2059827##

Story
Greetings and salutations, Colorado, it’s me, Gonzo! I like to fancy myself a courteous and honorable gent, and my mom always told me begging is bad manners, but the Underdogs assured me that begging for a hero to help save you is the exception to that rule. Allow me to properly introduce myself. My name is Gonzo and I’m a 2-3 year-old gentle giant Boxer/American Bulldog mix buddy and I'm crossing all my paws for a hero foster or adopter. My Underdogs foster folks can only surmise that I was once somebody’s well-loved guy before I ended up in the dog clink.  I have impeccable bathroom manners, walk politely on leash and lounge quietly on my dog bed.  I’ll never know why my previous peoples stopped loving me and why they left me to wander the cold winter streets alone. What I do know, though, is that I’ve never stopped loving the peoples, ALL the peoples. Because man alive, do I love them! I could sweetly lean into them for pets and cuddles all day long. And if they gave me proper permission, I’d also happily cover them in my signature Gonzo smooches. It’s also my sole mission in life to make them laugh with my hilarious antics and sweet demeanor. I'm a calm dude in the home, but I also love to go for runs, walks and hikes. Basically, I'm down for all the Colorado adventuring.  I do well around other good fit dog friends, but my best fit home may be one where I'm your only four-legged best bud. Believe me, I've got so much love to give, one Gonzo guy is all you'll ever need. I truly am such an easy well-mannered giant lover, I just know you'll love me once you meet me.  I'm neutered, vaccinated  If you’re interested in learning more about me and hopefully set up a meeting, please fill out an adoption application at https://underdogsrescue.org/adopt-form/  and if you're interested in helping spring me from this sad and lonely dog clink by helping to foster me, I would be soo sooo grateful, please fill out a foster application at https://underdogsrescue.org/foster-form/ .  ##1906137##
