This lady was brought to us with her pups after being found dumped in a yard. She is a sweet gal who had to have been someone's baby. She is housetrained, does well on a leash and likes car rides. She is friendly to everyone and is not aggressive at all. She has never snapped at any volunteer who has met her, nor any visitor. She is a great dog who deserves to have a home again. She is located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders.

This sweet girl is one of many dogs who's fate it was to be abandoned here in the south. People are throwing sweet dogs out day and night in this economy. Ducky is one of the lucky ones that was picked up by a kind stranger and brought to a rescue that was able to find a foster! She is Spayed and UTD on required vaccines. Ducky likes other dogs but is rambunctious. She loves everyone she meets so older children would be fine. She is close to housetrained and will just need to get comfortable with her new routine. Reese is a sweet 2.5-year-old, 66-pound terrier mix with the most beautiful light tan coat. Reese is quite the snuggle bug! She lives for scritches and snoot kisses. She’s officially house broken and kennel trained. Reese has picked up on appropriate manners at meal time (her second favorite time of day) and basic commands.She’s shy around new people, but quickly warns up if they offer pets or cheese. She loves to play and wrestle before taking a good nap. She’s not a chewer, but does love to carry her stuffies around. She’s been fascinated by the guinea pig, she’ll sit and watch her for hours, but has never been aggressive towards her. Our cats have steered clear of her, but she hasn’t shown much interest in them.She needs a good home with a playmate and a decent yard or daily walks. Philly is a sweet-loving girl looking for a forever home! She is currently living with two other dogs and a cat and would benefit greatly from being the only dog in the home. She is working really hard on training and recently finished a one month bootcamp with Canine Coach, helping her with: recall, leave it, go to your bed, get off, leash walking, look at me. Philly needs an owner who can dedicate time to training and helping build her confidence. She gets along well with other dogs though due to an incident that was my error (not recognizing the signs she was under stress) she had a go at one of her brothers. We were unable to reintegrate them and they both deserve more. Happy to go into further detail, just ask. Philly Facts: I will wiggle my butt to show off a new toy and you MUST react with excitement! I’m a sweet girl who loves nothing more than lounging at home and playing fetch or keep-away with my favorite balls. I may be a bit older, but I’m still full of energy and love to stay active!  In fact, I've been working with a trainer and its's recommended a daily walk (outside Or on the treadmill!) for mental stimulation. I’m totally potty trained and do well with crate time, though sometimes I’ll bark if I don’t get my way. I also need daily eye drops, but I’m good about taking them. I prefer a quieter, adult-only home since busy places and small kids make me nervous. I do best as an only dog so I can get all your attention. We can Netflix and chill on the couch and I promise to be your bestest friend and loyal companion. Foster mom says I’ll keep you laughing all day long with my bulldog antics and hey, we can check out the world.  I am leash trained and like to go for short walks. Listen, I may not be the fastest or most fit, but I can keep up! At home, I’m super affectionate with the adults I trust, and I love snuggling on the couch—yep, I’m a big lap dog! I’m happy going on leash walks for potty breaks and exercise, so I don’t need a fenced yard. I’m about 6 months to a year old and full of life, always ready for adventure. I came to Underdog when my previous family could no longer care for me, but now I’m loving my new foster home and learning all about my new routine. I’m a big fan of snuggling on the couch, but don’t let that fool you—I’ve got loads of energy to burn! I love my daily walks, and I’d thrive in a home where I can get regular exercise, like a trip to the dog park or some playtime in the yard. If I don’t get enough activity, I might get a little mischievous, so keeping me active is key to making sure I’m a happy girl! I also love chewing on bully sticks, playing with my Kongs filled with treats, and solving dog puzzle toys. I’m really well-behaved when it comes to leash walking, and I sleep well in my crate (although I do love my couch snuggles when I can get them). I’m getting close to being fully potty trained when I’m on a good schedule, but I’ll need a little more time and patience to perfect it. I also have a strong prey drive, so I’m not a fan of cats (sorry, feline friends!). However, I’m great with other dogs of all sizes and would love to have doggy friends to play with. I’ve been through a lot, but I’ve healed up completely from pneumonia and am doing great in my foster home. I absolutely love kids and enjoy going on walks and playing with my foster siblings. I greet other dogs respectfully and am always up for a fun game of tug or fetch. I walk well on the leash, so as long as I get plenty of exercise, I don't need a fenced yard.  I promise to be your loyal and loving companion!
