Story
Very loving and a great family dog! Gentle with all and loves to be held. She sleeps through the night quietly in her crate and plays with her siblings and all dogs nicely. She is a great swimmer and would enjoy a dip in a pool every now and then (or a bath!) Playful Spirit: I live life with a boundless sense of energy and excitement! Whether it's chasing after toys, exploring new sights and smells, or engaging in a game of hide-and-seek, I'm always ready for fun and adventure. With me by your side, every day will be an opportunity for laughter and joy! Cuddle Connoisseur: Despite my playful nature, I'm also a sucker for snuggles! There's nothing I love more than being held close and showered with affection. Whether it's curling up on your lap while you read a book or nuzzling into your side during movie night, I thrive on the warmth and comfort of your love.Momma's Girl: I share a special bond with my momma, and we're inseparable! Whether we're playing together, taking leisurely strolls, or simply enjoying each other's company, we make the perfect duo. I've learned so much from her, and I cherish every moment we spend together. If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out a questionnaire and my foster can plan for us to get together and meet! You can go to www.nttsars.com and fill out a questionnaire under "Available For Adoption" > How to Adopt". Someone will get back to you soon!!   As always, my adoption fees include Spay/Neuter, Microchipping, and Up to date vaccines (while in shelter).   August 20, 2024, 1:32 am

Story
Bubba is a high energy sweet boy. He’s the biggest lover, but needs to run or play heavy daily. If he does not get enough exercise he will NOT do good. Dogs he is introduced to slowly and calmly he does well but random dogs (dog park etc) he will get fearful and lash out if they follow him. He will not be a social dog. Cats he may chase to play but that can easily be trained out. He’s very smart and with a little time can be trained to do almost anything. I don’t want to see him go but our living arrangements no longer fit his needs.

Story
We did Brownie's DNA! He's about half cattle dog and the next biggest result was Boxer but he is mixed with many other breeds. Brownie is a sweet, energetic and spunky guy who had a rough start in life. He loves affection and is a good boy. He was found as a stray in Bonne Terre and got picked up by animal control, which is just a shed. We believe Brownie would do best in a more quiet home with older or no kids and an active owner that would spoil him and give him the life he deserves. Brownie will need a fence as he has a high prey drive and loves to chase the yard critters. If there are other dogs in the home they should be about his size or bigger. He loves to play with the other dogs. He has been introduced to the dog savvy catin the house and they get along okay.We only adopt to people in the St. Louis METRO area. Please see our Adoption Policies here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TZjrOP29mqXvcHEC3zPaKXXnS80LaVGMA45Lc0-Z2MI/edit?usp=sharingInformation about the rescue and adoption process can also be found at www.stlpetrescue.com along with a full listing of our adoptable pets.
