Story
Bell is 8 years old and 26 lbs. The wonderful folks who saved her now need for someone to give her that only child love that she deserves. She is a sweet, loyal dog who will follow you around the house and curl up at your feet. She has managed to adjust to sharing with another dog. She would prefer NO young children or cats in her home. She had a dental last May and is up to date on all of her shots and is spayed. She takes Fluoxetine to help with 'behavioral issues' (needs more exercise and stimulation, she's a herding dog...). Fill out an application at sccpets.com. Bell's adoption donation is $100. She's a real sweetheart and will give her new family many years of love and devotion.August 19, 2024, 6:18 am

Story
Mary Jane is a spayed cattle dog, heeler mix. She’s 3-4 years old. She’s grown up with kids but is territorial in and around their home towards other people and kids. Outside her own neighborhood she’s shy and needs some time to warm up to new dogs and people. She’s nervous but interested in other dogs but turns playful if given time t9 warm up,around them. She chases cats. MJ is obedient, smart, food-motivated, and great with their family and kids. The fact that she’s become territorial in and around her home has become a problem because they live next to a park and have kids dropping by. Owners have tried a dog trainer but simply don’t have the time to devote to exposure and advanced training. Outside of their neighborhood (and her territory) MJ is much better albeit shy. She goes to the dog sitters homes and after a 15 minute warmup period does well with other dogs. If you’re interested in Mary Jane, please fill out an application at sccpets.com (at no cost or obligation to you). Her adoption donation is $200.August 19, 2024, 6:18 am

Story
Frodo is a very high energy and sometimes overly friendly red heeler. He has retained many qualities of a puppy. He is estimated to be 9 or 10 years old. He was adopted when he was 5. He is well mannered, but cannot be let off leash(runner). He gets along well with other animal and people. We are moving, possibly long term, to another country. It is not viable for us to bring him with us unfortunately. Looking for someone with patience to give this older guy a loving home. He has many more puppy years ahead of him. He has no special medical conditions. He has been 100% healthy while he was with us. He does occasionally chew, but it seems to only be things like sandals, and only when unsupervised. The only command he knows is sit. He will pull on the leash when you walk him. He is a large breed, so be prepared for that. We don't have a 100% finalized moving date, but want to get him re-homed as soon as possible.

My adoption fee is $100 Here's what you need to know about me:I like to play rough.I may be 'just a puppy' but I have big-dog attitude! I can be a little shy at first but will eventually warm up. I get along with my foster parents dog, were bestfriends! I am still learning to go potty outside but I understand to go on a puppy pad. I love to snuggle. It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.I'm currently in foster and ready for my new home!
