Obi was adopted as a puppy off of Craigslist about 6 years ago. He’s a great dog but unfortunately we can no longer give him all the love and attention he truly deserves! With a toddler and a new born on the way and living in an apartment has been difficult giving him the time he deserves. Looking for someone who love dogs and has the time to take him out for walks, to the park and give him love. Hes a real goofball and has a funny personality!

I adopted Maisie (~1-year old) at humane society but need to re-home her due to fear/anxiety in my high-rise and busy neighborhood. Maisie is gentle, playful, and loves cuddling. She is friendly with her household but shy with new people at first. If she feels safe, she warms up quickly. She’s never been aggressive and is comfortable being touched and groomed. She enjoys her crate but does not like being crated when home alone. She mostly sleeps when home alone. The family that found her at a stray said she was good with kids. Unknown with cats. Maisie prefers pottying outside but struggles with foot traffic and elevators in my building. She liked visiting friends house, pottied in yard, fetched ball, and played with their other dogs. She knows sit, lay down, shake, and is learning stay and place. She likes training, mental stimulation, and long walks. Will do best in a home with a yard in a quieter area since she is fearful of busy places. I am happy to chat more in detail.

Rooney is a 11 year old Australian Shepherd mix who was surrendered to us when his family was going through a tough patch and could no longer keep him. Rooney is an active senior who loves longer walks, car rides, toys, fetch and all things involving water. Rooney is good on the leash, has basic training and is house broken. He does not have any known medical issues but could probably slim down a bit. Rooney is great with people and kids. In his younger days he went to dog parks regularly but as a senior he’s no longer a fan of wild young dog play so he’d prefer either a home where he is your one and only or a home with another more chill and calm dog. He has recently developed some separation anxiety due to his current family situation so a home where his people are around more often than not would be best for him.
