Story
Meet Fiona, a young, vivacious canine we rescued with her puppies at a county shelter. She is a petite little girl about 40 pounds and just the right size to handle. She has one sky blue eye and one light brown eye. Her personality is a delightful mix of sweetness and energy, and she's as friendly as they come. Independent yet loyal, Fiona enjoys a good play session but also loves to snuggle up and be petted and praised. She's smart and curious, always ready to explore new things. She's gentle with her fellow dogs and enjoys their company. A true water lover, Fiona would make a perfect beach companion, zooming thru the sand and fetching a ball or toy. However, she's not suitable for a farm environment. She adores the companionship of her human and always tries to please. Why should you adopt Fiona? Because she's not just a pet, she's a loyal friend, a playful companion, and a source of unconditional love and joy. Fiona is ready to make your home her forever home. She is fully vetted, spayed and microchipped. Adoption fee is $325 Please email Alphadogpetrescue@yahoo.com to ask for an adoption application.

Hannah was rescued from Apple Valley Animal Shelter being on euthanasia list. She is Australian Shepherd mix, about 5 yrs old, weighs about 49 lbs. She is vaccinated, microchipped and spayed . She needs some basic training as she was very scared at the shelter and we don't know what her past life was. She is very sweet and with time she is gaining her trust back. August 16, 2024, 2:13 am

Story
This absolutely adorable super fun dog was rescued from Kern County Animal Services. He came in with his ID tags saying call Mom & Dad if found from Las Vegas. No-one ever responded to the shelters outreach. Kite was filthy and severely matted so not sure what happened before he made it to the shelter. He's cleaned up now and doing fantastic. Kite is very playful, loves fetch and tug -o - war. He would be a great active partner for an adventurer. He weighs 53 pounds and is approximately 4 years and 7 mo old. Great with other dogs too. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Please direct all questions to adopt@crdogrescue.com. All our dogs can be met with an approved application. Thank you for looking at a rescue dog for your next family member.
