I got Kikko off the side of a road in Arizona, at a farm. There was a truck with puppies and against all advice, my heart melted when I first met him and I knew I had to bring him home. He has been a fantastic dog and truly my buddy during a tough time. There are personal reasons where I cannot be home all the time and I feel that I cant give Kikko the time/attention/space he needs and deserve. Kikko had a medical condition which he has fully recovered from, however he has high anxiety at times and needs someone who is experienced at handling a reactive dog with high anxiety. Otherwise he is the perfect dog! Never had issues with him biting or chewing things. He never 💦💩 inside the apartment. Everyone loves Kikko and he is truly the best dog but I need to see him with someone who is willing to take the time to train him properly (he is very good with basics, it’s his reactivity that needs work). My social life is also not best to correct this issue. More details in person

Meet Doodle! Doodle is a 7-year-old mini-Australian shepherd. He is a super smart, funny and loving dog but he is not for the first-time dog owner. True to his breed, he has a very high herding instinct and is protective of his home. He is also very obedient, knows all his commands, is potty-trained, crate trained, and absolutely can't get enough attention from his person. He requires a lot of exercise (just a walk isn't enough), so he'll need an active owner who will run with him, hike with him, and take him on adventures. Doodle would do great in agility or herding activities. He can be reactive with larger dogs so we are looking for a home without a resident dog over 20 lbs. but he does get along well with small dogs and cats (although he does like to herd them when he gets excited). In his foster home, Doodle lives with four other dogs and two cats. He does really well with the established boundaries in his foster home and flourishes when he knows the rules and what's expected of him. In addition to regular exercise, his foster mom gives him puzzles, interactive toys and lick mats that help to keep him mentally stimulated. He is a great guard dog and very protective so he can be reactive to visitors in his home. Doodle is also selective with who he likes and tends to favor women over men so introductions to new people must be done slowly and with care. Doodle is a medium size dog, weighing in at 35 lbs., is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccines. He is an amazing guy and we know his perfect home is out there. Doodle is looking for a quite home with no children where he would prefer to be the only dog. He needs an owner who has owned a herding breed before and is up for the challenge of owning a high energy, intelligent dog. Is it you?

Unfortunately we are at a point where we feel this is necessary. Ember is a 4 year old Miniature Aussie, he is very energetic but also loves to always be around you (almost too much) he take a bit to warm up to new people but does great when we are not around. He has been dealing with behavioral issues once we had our son who is now 2 years old and we have another on the way. He can be picky with other dogs and is very reactive to people and dogs when he’s on leash. We did have an incident where he got out 6 months ago and supposedly bit the delivery guy but it was very minor (still a big problem). He does not do well with kids and has snapped at our son a few times so now they are always separate. He needs a very active, experienced adopter that can work with him on these issues, he is very food motivated and would love a place he can run free.

Hello! This is Dahlia and she needs a home. She was found abandoned in South LA. She appears to have given birth somewhat recently and needs to be spayed and it would be amazing if she can heal from that in a more permanent home and not a shelter. I can assist in the cost of her spay if someone can adopt her soon! The LA shelters are over capacity and I am trying my best to not have to take her there. The situation in LA is so dire that I’m being told by rescues that her best bet is being rehomed privately without having to go to a shelter. The rescues that have gotten back to her finder and I (I’ve contacted over 100) are overwhelmed and can’t take her. She is house trained, knows basic commands and is good with other dogs and good on a leash! She is really sweet and chill and SO smart. She’s just been handed some bad cards and deserves a happy life! She is doing great in an apartment if lack of space is a concern! If you’re interested in meeting her please reach out!
