He was taken in as a foster in early 2024 and has been training to potty outside, he knows to sit, lay down, and give a high five. He’s very friendly, loves other dogs and gets along very well with our house cat. He has the energy of a puppy and the heart of a golden retriever. He deserves to be adopted in a loving family that can provide him with the time and patience he needs.

He is neutered and up to date on shots, but isn’t on heartworm prevention. Bucky is nervous around strangers! No younger children, due to his reactivity! He is good with older children, cats, and dogs! He is housebroken and crate-trained. Bucky bit the owner’s nephew on the arm when he fed him popcorn. The owner is surrendering him because of the bite incident. He also doesn’t do well around younger children. He needs to go immediately! It is with a heavy heart that I am considering rehoming my beloved 4-year-old male Australian Shepherd. He is a gorgeous tri-color boy, weighing 68 pounds, and is as sweet and affectionate as they come. He's a wonderful companion who loves to play fetch, go for walks, or just relax at home with his people. While he enjoys his walks, he can be reactive on a leash with certain dogs. However, in off-leash settings, he's friendly, playful, and gets along wonderfully with all dogs. He would do very well in a home with older kids, but not very young children. This decision is incredibly difficult for me, as I love him dearly. If you are looking for a loyal, affectionate companion and can provide a stable and loving environment, please reach out. I am happy to answer any questions. The rehoming fee was suggested to ensure commitment, but it is negotiable for the right home.

I need to get rid of her ASAP, I don’t want to have to take her to a shelter. I wanted a dog and she had no where else to go so I adopted her. She has some social anxiety and she loves to be outside I just dont have the time or space for her. I recently had a baby and I just hate to not be able to give her the life she needs. She needs space and love, someone who will give her their attention. Shes a very lovable dog with a big heart. She just needs some work on her loudness.
