Meet Dancer! This sweet little pup was born on December 3rd to her amazing mom, Ivy, in a shelter. Along with her 9 siblings, she quickly found her way to a loving foster home in South Carolina, where they got the care and love they needed. On December 22nd, Dancer made the big trip up to New York, where a wonderful foster family was waiting to welcome her with open arms.

Dancer is the tomboy of the litter! She is the biggest girl of the bunch and can hold her own when she is wrestling with her brothers. She is spunky, curious and so sweet. She is always eager to give kisses to everyone in between play breaks.

Dancer and her siblings are growing up happy and healthy and will be ready to join their forever families starting February 1st. Could you be the perfect home for this adorable bundle of joy?

These pups momma Ivy is about 45lbs, so we expect these pups to be medium sized when fully grown.

Dancer is looking for a family who will shower her with love, teach her all the puppy basics, and give her the lifelong care she deserves. If you're ready to add some puppy love to your life, Dancer could be the one for you!

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
