Story
I acquired Luna from as Pet Shelter 6 years ago, as a kitten. I have to relocate and cannot take her with me. It breaks my heart, because she’s been loyal and loving with me through all these years. Please help me find a caring and attentive home for her to go to. Luna is beautiful, protective, and somewhat assertive at times. She loves to be near her owner and likes attention. Although not very bonded, she’s peacefully coexisted with another cat in our home. The other cat was from another breed and mother. I’ve exposed her to contained outdoor spaces and she loves it! Patience might be required at the beginning, as she acclimates to her new owner and environment. Luna, is spayed, microchipped, healthy and up to date on all her shots. She eats both dry and wet food. I will miss her terribly.

Story
I acquired Celeste from as Pet Shelter 6 years ago, as a kitten. I have to relocate and cannot take her with me. It breaks my heart because I’ve fallen in love with her. Please help me find a caring and attentive home for her to go to. Celeste is beautiful and has such a laid back, sweet personality. To know her is to love her and to love her is all she needs. Well, that, and some dried food, water and a litter box. There was another cat in the house who was more dominant but, she was always graceful and patient about it. I've exposed her to contained outdoor spaces and she loves it! One of her many adorable habits is that she sometimes cups the water from her bowl in her hand and drinks it that way. Celeste is spayed, microchipped, healthy and up to date on all her shots. I will miss her terribly.

Story
Calcifer is a 6 year old, loving and energetic tuxedo cat. He gets along great with other cats after proper introductions, although he would thrive in a single cat family. Calcifer loves playing fetch with hair ties and laying on a nice cozy lap! He is also very use to traveling coming from a military home environment.

Story
A’loura is a well behaved cat. Listens to her name and basic commands! She is spoiled and likes a clean litter box! She is not very affectionate. She will come to you when she wants to be loved. Will lay with you at night! Does not like to be picked up. She also has three legs! Due to her condition she does not jump on counters! She is currently living with another cat less than a year old and the two are very close. If possible will loved for them to be homed together! Lily is less than a year old and also well behaved. More affectionate than A’loura. These are 100% house cats! Not a fan of outdoors at all!

Story
My name is Gracie and I have called this shelter "home" for too long! I am ready to begin a new life with you! I prefer to be an only child and not share any attention. I don't really play a lot but I LOVE to sit in your lap and be brushed! Like A LOT! I am very petite and dainty with a signature heart on my nose. I am ready to love and be loved! I will need a very dedicated human to care for me because I carry the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). But don't worry, I can't pass it to humans and if I am well cared for, I can live a long happy life just like cats without FIV! Could you be the forever home I have been waiting for?Note: Gracie is FIV+ . FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is not a deadly virus. FIV+ cats with homes can and DO live long, healthy normal lives when given the chance. They can live & interact with cats that are not FIV + as it is not easily spread to other cats; it cannot be spread to dogs or humans. Statistically, most FIV + cats can live as long as their indoor counterparts (13-18 years). There are many reported cases where FIV+ cats live well into old age without ever showing any symptoms. Kittens born to FIV + mothers are at low risk for infection, although they may initially test positive due to the presence of maternal antibodies. For more information on FIV please refer to the following link: https://vbspca.com/what-you-should-know-when-adopting-an-fiv-positive-cat?sfns=moLocation: Temporary foster home. For an appointment for a meet & greet, please 1) fill out an online adoption application first and 2) email: adopt@thecatcornerinc.com to request an appointment.
