Story
This sweet baby land seal has been in rescue for OVER A YEAR! It’s way past time to get this stinker into his forever home! We get told a lot that he has sad eyes, and it’s clear he had a rough start in life by all the scars on his legs and head. But despite all that, William is one of the happiest, goofiest, (and weirdest tbh) dogs we’ve ever met! William will need to go somewhere with a fenced yard, because he has to be running at full speed to poop. If you scratch his butt just right, he’ll dance for you. He loves other dogs, and will cling to them instantly. Tennis balls = LIFE. William does get a little too excited to make friends with / toys out of cats, so kitties are a no go. William wants to be someone’s biggest cheerleader. Everything you do will be the best thing ever to him, and while he’s always down to party, he’s also a fantastic cuddler. Help make 2024 William’s year! William is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and scheduled to be neutered. If you're interested in meeting this handsome fella, please submit an application, using the Google Form url below. https://forms.gle/ZPDUTvqWPxSWFZfp6

We rescued Tucker from the streets. I have tried to locate the owners and nobody has come forward. He is a very loving dog. He needs one on one attention and someone to work with him but is good with kids and other dogs.

Story
I found her downtown in the busy streets of Birmingham. She was all alone and eating out of any trash or littered to-go boxes that she could. This was appx 3 weeks ago and the temperatures were below freezing. I picked her up and took her to my local vet and immediately scanned her for a microchip, but there was not one. My last name is Hamm...so calling her Birmy Hamm just seemed so fitting. Birmy is good with other dogs! She has been around my 6 year old niece a handful of times and was just a good little girl. I've personally been paying for boarding and medical expenses at my vet, Argo Animal Clinic. She's also been around cats in the vet that come and go around her and she seems to be ok with them as well. I cannot afford to continue paying for boarding, but I felt so bad for the gal I just couldn't leave her that night in the city. I have 7 animals at home, so I cannot take her in, but I am desperate to find her a good home.

Story
This gorgeous girl is Melody! Melody is a sweet girl that LOVES to be active and to be outside. Her very favorite toy is a rubber kong that she can safely chew on! She can be a little shy at first, but when she gets comfortable with you she LOVES to get tummy rubs! She likes to "rule the roost" so she will need to be any only dog- no cats and no other dogs. She has been around her pup foster siblings but does not like them. Melody is potty trained and crate trained! If her foster family is gone during the day she is crated and does very well. She is possessive over her food bowl so she prefers to be left alone while eating. Her foster family crates her and walks out of the room while she is eating to make her feel more secure. She’s really just afraid someone is going to take her food from her... Melody will be a great companion to the right family. If your family would be a perfect match for her, please apply! Story
Meet Bandit! We know… so handsome right?! 😍 Aside from his dashing good looks, he is also an expert snuggler! He will cuddle on the couch with you all day if you let him ❤️. He absolutely adores hoomans! He hasn’t met one that he hasn’t made his best friend! Bandit knows his manners and is a certified “good boy”! He will sit, give paw, and lay down all for a treat 🍖. He is eager to please and loves to learn new things. He is very quiet and loves all the lovins too! 🥰 Sweet Bandit is great with kids and cats 🐱 but he does prefer to be the only pup in the household. He would do best with a fenced in yard so he can exercise and sunbathe ☀️.
