Story
This sweetheart was rescued from a junkyard along with five of her siblings. She responds well to Nebula and Nebbi, and is housebroken. She absolutely loves other dogs and gets along fantastically with both young children and other animals, including cats and other smaller animals when introduced properly. She has a very friendly disposition and shows love indiscriminately to everyone she meets. She is highly intelligent and seems eager to learn more than I have had time to show her. She can sit and shake and listens wonderfully but has not ever received any one on one attention like she deserves due to the consistent issues in her placements of too many other animals and caregivers without the time.

Story
**Meet Daisy** 🐾 Hello there! My name is Daisy, and I'm a 6-year-old American Pit Bull on the lookout for my forever home. I’m a happy and loving girl who can't wait to find a new best friend to share my life with. 💖 I’ve successfully completed boot camp and am eager to continue learning and growing! 🎓 I would truly appreciate finding someone who can work closely with my trainer to help me thrive. Since losing my beloved companion to Covid in 2021, I’ve felt a bit lonely. 😔 Ideally, I would do best in a home where I can be the only pet, soaking up all the love and attention I deserve. However, I can recreate bonds with other non-reactive dogs, but it’s important that this is approached with care. 🐶 If you have another pet and think I might be a good fit, please reach out to set up a meet and greet. If you’re looking for a loyal and affectionate companion, I would love to hear from you! Together, we can create wonderful memories. 🌟

Story
My Dad and Best Friend passed away, and l'm looking for my forever home! Healthy Male 3 yr. old Boxer Mix. Neutered. Vaccines are Up-To-Date till Oct. 2025. Super friendly, and love to give kisses! Not fond of little dogs, and little children that take my toys. Needs a slow introduction to new doggies over time. Loves to be the center of attention. I don't like cats, and get a little nervous during thunder storms. I would love an energetic family that plays! Since my Dad passed away in Oct. 2024 and all the changes, I have had some separation anxiety and will follow you around the house and look for you when you’re gone but will calm down after awhile. Will let you gently know when I have to poop and potty outside, and come right back in on my own. Like's car rides! Trainable, and very smart!! Needs a slow introduction to new doggies over time. Sometimes thinks he is a lap dog and loves snuggles!

Story
Maple was adopted from KC Pet Project and is extremely sweet with humans. She is a big goofball who loves to play and cuddle! Her tail never stops wagging and she loves being pet. She does great with other dogs, but can be a little shy at first. She has played well with other dogs at the park. She is very quiet and playful inside. She is a very loving and fun dog. Maple has shown aggression towards our cat, and cannot be in a home with them. She is also very prey driven and wants to go after squirrels and other wildlife when on the leash. She will need leash training. Maple loves to play tug of war and chase the tennis ball at the park. She loves to play fetch! She also loves just hanging out and relaxing in her dog bed.

Story
Hi! I'm Maddie. I'm a playful happy 5 year old pit mix with a big heart and lots of love to give. I was adopted in New York and now I live in Kansas City. I like cuddles, playing, fetch, tug of war, and belly scratches. I get a little anxious at night so sometimes I need a little more love in the evenings, but once I fall asleep I sleep like a rock. I love other dogs, people, and kids, but sometimes I can't help myself when I see a cat. I have to chase it. If you have a backyard and need a big cuddly teddy bear then I'm the dog for you.
