Story
Beau is a very playful, sweet boy! We received Beau as a puppy from a friend of ours who is a breeder. He is a purebred German Shepherd. He has become lazy just because our schedules are too busy to walk him enough. We have another smaller dog and he gets along with her very well. He is friendly to other people and kids, but will bark if he doesn’t know someone. He knows a few commands, but could definitely use some more training. We love him very much, but we are having to downsize and are just too busy to give him the time and attention that he needs. We want him to go to a loving home!

Story
I was adopted back in April of 2014 from the Safe Harbor Program (Bonner Springs, KS). I was born January 31, 2014 and I'm 10 years old. I am energetic even at my age! If I had it my way, I would be outside running around in the sun all day long! However, given my owner's schedule and lifestyle, I have been an indoor dog for the majority of my life. I am very social and curious about my surroundings, and I love attention! One unique aspect about me is that I don't bark that much compared to other doggies! I will whimper if I need some attention, I'm hungry or if I need to go outside. I am very well-mannered. However, I do get excited around new people and sometimes jump up for kisses and a closer sniff! I do know "sit," "stay," and "come here" commands, and I respond well to finger snaps and pointing as well once I have warmed up to you. Energetic, Fun, and Loving are a few words that describe me.

Reggie is around a year old, from North Dakota. He moved here to Ks a couple of months ago and unfortunately with such a busy schedule and not enough time for him we’re looking for his new home. He is a sweet boy who’s playful, gentle with kids, and super cuddly. He will come with a kennel, treats, collar, leash, one food bowl, and a couple toys.

Story
My great dog is called Zoey. She is the sweetest little girl ever. She just turned a year in March. I got her when she was 2 months old from a family friend because she has too many dogs. Unfortunately I am not able to keep her for much longer because my landlord has changed his policy and due to rent inflation I am not able to keep her. I love her to pieces and she is part my soul and it hurts not to be able to keep her anymore. She will fill your home with so much love and very many kisses and cuddles. I am looking for anyone who is willing to open their hearts and homes to my sweet girl.

Story
Hi! I'm Jacco! I'm a three year old short haired Chihuahua. My owners found me abandoned in an alley on a hot August day when I was only about 4 weeks old. I have lived with them ever since along with their other dog and 2 children. I'm very friendly and outgoing. I get along well with other dogs and even the pet hamster! I am kennel and potty trained and I even know to sit and stay. My family had another baby and now that she is a toddler, we don't get along too well. I have never bitten anyone, but the toddler scares me alot! I love walks and car rides, but my favorite thing to do is show my family my cool toys and sit on their laps.

Story
She is spayed and has her shots. Callie is a sweet mama and is a very chill dog. She just wants to be near you! She is not high energy and does not bark much, which is surprising for a shepsky. She will alert when she wants outside and loves to get brushed or sit by your side. She does well at the groomer, but does not like her paws touched. She would be great with a family as she does not jump and is not hyper. She was not taken well care of when I rescued her and she did not know where her next was coming from so she is protective of her food. I feed her alone. She should not be feed with other animals and I control her portions to keep her a healthy weight. She would do well with larger dogs. I would not recommend cats or small dogs or dogs that are jumpy. The mama in her will take over and she is an alpha. She is protective of her family and has not met a stranger. She loves everyone and just wants pets!!!
