Story
Angel is a sweet, loving dog. She loves attention and taking car rides. She loves playing fetch, and will go get her ball on command. She will go in her crate when coaxed, but prefers to hang out on the couch. We are working on potty training. Angel is not destructive in the house. We recommend confining her to one area until she fully learns. She has lived with dogs, but needs slow introductions. She would be happy as the only dog but would love supervised playtime with another dog. She is interested in cats, but dog savvy cats would be best. Angel is very smart. She likes to hide and will come out when she is ready. She would do best in a home with older children. Adoption fee is $450 If you do not hear from us within 7 days please email passion4petsrescue@gmail.com

Story
Zane is a 1.5-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier/Poodle mix. He had little to no human contact for the first 9 months of his life and then lived in a shelter with his sister, so humans and the world are scary! Once he trusts his human he wants nothing but love from them. It will take time to earn his trust. He needs kind patient people that are willing to slowly interact with him and not move too fast to try and gain his trust. He is very smart and won't be fooled by treats. Zane requires a fenced in yard and a leash in the yard for the first month or you will not be able to get him inside. He needs to be able to trust his new owners and home before he will come inside willingly. He's great with dogs and cats and just wants to snuggle with his human. He can coexist with older kids that know to take it slow and not move too fast. If you are willing to put the love, time, and patience into this sweet boy he will return the same to you. FENCED IN YARD REQUIRED. Zane is a 1 yr. old Chihuahua/Poodle mix. This 12 lb boy is great with other dogs. Zane is neutered and up to date on shots. Story
Sydney is a sweet 2-year-old girl who loves playing with her foster brothers. She knows basic commands like “sit” and “stay” but needs work with recall, and with walking on a leash. She is fully housebroken and does fine with kids of all ages. Though there are cats in the home, they have made themselves scarce and there have been zero interactions. She ignores the chickens in their run outside. Adoption fee is $450 If you do not hear from us within 7 days please email passion4petsrescue@gmail.com

Story
Colton is a sweet Shih Tzu mix who came to us from a shelter in the south. He is a special boy who loves people and does well with dogs and cats. Colton loves a lap to lay on. He has had some trauma and can not be crated. He becomes very defensive. He also does not like to share his food with other dogs. Colton can be leash reactive. He would do best in a quiet home. Look at this handsome fella. Birch has arrived from Afghanistan. He is a shy boy that will need time and understanding. He does get jealous of other animals in the home getting attention and will need to learn that his person has enough love to share. We are told he is good with cats but he has not been cat tested since in Maine. Adoption fee is $450 If you do not hear from us within 7 days please email passion4petsrescue@gmail.com

Brunswick, ME
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Baby M is a one year-old Shepherd mix who was rescued from Afghanistan. She has had a tough life, but it does not get her down. She loves humans and is great with dogs as long as she gets a slow introduction. She is still working on house training, but she is doing an amazing job so far! She does not love walking on a leash just yet, as it’s completely foreign to her. She does chase cats (and chickens) so she would be best for a no cat (and chicken) household. She is an incredibly smart dog with so much potential— just a few days she already knows some basic commands. She is crate trained. Baby M cannot wait to find a family of her own to give all her love to! Adoption fee is $450 If you do not hear from us within 7 days please email passion4petsrescue@gmail.com
