Story
Looking for a family with experience with training and living with an active young dog, to Foster or Adopt If you are looking to add a dog to your family, Carmel is definilty a great choice. Carmel is a Active and Playful dog, who needs exercise and paytime everyday. He also needs a secure yard with a fence 5 ft and under, prefereable solid fencing. He seems to be good with other dogs. Carmel is under 1 yr old, 45 lbs., neutered and up to date on vaccines, Very affectionate, Playful, Friendly to everyone, is good with other playful dogs, We believe he is a Collie mix. He is Housebroken, Crate trained and Knows to sit for treats. He is learning to walk on a leash and also learn other commands, like Wait and Paw and Look at Me. He needs a secure yard, (5 ft + fencing) Everyone who meets him just loves him, and He loves everyone, and is so affectionate. He loves to play, and would be a good companion for an active family with another dog he could play with. He absolutely loves toys, especially Rope toys and balls. He has no toy or food aggression. He just loves belly rubs. WJVA will pay for some of training in the South Jersey area, for him with whoever Fosters or Adopts, to make him an even better dog. Email: wjvolunteers@yahoo.com with any questions about Carmel or about our Foster and Adoption programs. WJVA is responsible for all Carmel's needs while in a Foster Home, Foster family supplies the Love and Care.

Quinten is a very loveable boy who was abused in his very short life. so he does have a bite history. A familiy with no small children or other animals will be best for this boy..He's a loving loyal dog once he settles in Needs a single family home because he becomes protective of his owners He must have a leaded, someone that shows authority. He will need to adjust slowly as of his abused history please give Quinten a chance

Quinn Charles! Remember that hoard in Galloway with multiple large breed dogs living in a dark shed in the woods? This sweet boy came from that very situation so other than that his past is unknown. What we can tell you is he is the sweetest boy who loves to give hugs to our volunteers! He is crate trained, loves to go on walks or just lounge around outside. He would prefer a home small children and has done well with the female pups he has met 🥰 If interested in fostering Quinn please send us a message with your email address If interested in adopting Quinn please fill out our application at mamasgonarescue.com

Story
Let’s find our longest resident the home she deserves!! 😁 Harley is our longest resident and actually we aren’t quite sure why. Harley is a 6 year old Shepard and quite spunky for her age. She enjoys being outside and even nice long walks. She is dog friendly but a more dominant dog. She also doesn’t quite understand that cats are your friends and can not be chased so a home without cats is also required. Harley also loves treats peanut butter kongs, milk bones you name it she’s not real picky and will sit quite nice for a good treat 😁 She would love a home with older children also. Please share our girl and help us find her forever home we know the perfect family for her is out there! If interested in adopting Harley please fill out our application at mamasgonarescue.com If interested in fostering Harley please send us a message with your email address

Story
Frankie the pup with many nicknames! This little guy is one cool dude😎 He is a Belgian Malinois/Dachshund mix! He is crate trained and house broken also! Frankie doesn’t like fur friends so a house without children, without furry friends cats included would be best for him. He loves scratches and pets from our volunteers. He is allergic to chicken so he is on a chicken free diet. Frankie is just a misunderstood guy who want a home to call his own.
