Story
We got mack 8 years ago as a 8 week pup. He has been with us since. He has other pet siblings including cats. He is used to roaming around our remote area. He is 100% housebroken except at night cuz he stays inside to protect the family. He uses potty pads then. He is a gentle dog is mouthy but doesn't bite. I love him dearly but I can't take him with me to my new home as he is over the limit. Please if you adopt him know that he is getting older and can't do some things a younger dog can. Oh yes he also loves rides and ice cream!

Story
This little cutie has been adopted,,, but check back for newcomers soon.   This little cutie is estimated to be 10-12 years old,, but she's got the spunk of someone much younger..... She's bright eyed and bushy tailed, as they say,,, and always rarin' to go and keep up with any activity going on in her vicinity. She gets along fine with the other small dogs except when access to a food bowl might become contentious.  She was brought into rescue and immediately updated on her vaccinations and heartworm testing as well as being spayed and having a dental done... So now she's ready to go somewhere where she's get lots of love and attention..... She's only about 9#,,,,, so perfect for someone wanting a pint sized lap companion.July 11, 2024, 4:25 pm

Story
TOBY HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!!   This little fella is a real love bug!  I'm hoping one of the kind of adopters who call and ask for a sweet little lap dog will decide he's the right one.  He wants to be with his human all the time,,, so needs someone who is around home most of the time. He's thru his vetting,,,, he got a dental done this week and  is ready to go.  I figured a little preview might be a good idea so you got to see his "before pics".... now I have a couple newer ones to share We think Toby is about 10 years old and he weighs about 14 pounds.  So far, he's been happy to interact with every human he's met.  He's been fine with all the other dogs, but doesn't seem to have much interest in them, one way or the other,,,, he wants a person.  We haven't had any opportunity to see how he is with cats.July 11, 2024, 4:25 pm

Story
OLIVER HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!   Oliver is a real sweet little fella.... He's just be neutered and updated on all his vaccinations and  tests,,,, and he's ready for a forever family to love and be loved by.. We've been told that he loves kids,,, and have seen for ourselves that he gets along fine with other small dogs.... He's not been exposed to larger dogs or cats while in rescue. He is very good about his housebreaking and given the chance, loves to follow his human step for step and stay close to the action. If you're looking for a young adult dog with lots of gumption who wants a lot of attention, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.June 29, 2024, 10:30 am

Story
This little pocket sized pup is a real cutie.... she's no spring chicken, but she's got enough spunk to make things interesting,,,, And just because shes the smallest (or maybe because she IS the smallest) she doesn't take any guff off anyone!  Our experience is only with her interactions with other fairly small dogs,,,, but would kind of assume she's show that big attitude no matter who the adversary was! When Caitlyn arrived she was virtually hairless between her ears and her tail.... All that has grown back nicely She still does a little chewing here and there likely due to the after math of the earlier issues and/or environmental allergies,,, but seems to be in pretty great shape.  She's up dated on vaccines and heartworm testing and has had a dental.... So she's pretty much good to go for anyone wanting a very cute little companion who loves lap sitting  and has proved good company while in foster care.June 29, 2024, 10:30 am

Story
We're not sure what this little cutie is going to look like when he coat grows back in.. He was found stray in pretty rough shape and had to be shaved down completely... What we do know is that he's been vetted and updated on shots etc,,, and whatever trauma he endured didn't dim his spirit or slow his enthusiasm.. he's a sweet, friendly little guy who seems to have nothing much going on except for a kind of wonky rear leg gait.... he doesn't let it slow him down though,, and whatever is going on,, he's first in line to participate..  His social skills with other small dogs are terrific and we have no experience with him and cats or children.... He'd love a home where he could just follow his person around all the time and be a good buddy. Pics will be posted soon.June 29, 2024, 10:30 am
