Laken is a sweet girl and she loves to be with her people. She likes hikes, walks, jogs and most of all playing ball or frisbee. She needs a fenced yard or to be on a leash during walks... She would make a great walking/ hiking companion! :) We can no longer spend the time she needs due to the care of our aging parents we no longer have the time needed to spend with her. She misses her daily hikes and play time. Please consider her if you are looking for a sweet friend ready for adventure.

Story
Meet Marcie, a sweet Boxer/Lab mix who has the softest coat you will ever feel. Marcie's a well-mannered, affectionate girl, looking for a warm lap, gentle pets, and daily walks. Marcie had a rough start in life--when she was a puppy, a car hit her, breaking both of her legs. The nice vets fixed her right up (you'd never know her legs had been damaged!), and she's been in a warm, loving family ever since. Due to some changes in circumstances, she's now seeking another family to join. Marcie is about 4 years old and weighs 65 pounds. She has the cutest blonde eye lashes and warm, liquid brown eyes. She's friendly, and loves to go on car rides and meet new people, and especially loves to go shopping at Lowe's. She just a big mush! Marcie's looking for a home as an only pet--we know there a lot of those out there, so please, if you'd like to shower Marcie with love for the rest of her life, write us at pals@psknet.com for an application.

Story
What a joyful, gentle boy is our Zeus. Oh, and cute too-what can we say about his puppy-like legginess? Zeus is about a year old and he's had kind of a rough time up till now. He was living in neglect, and given to another home. That caregiver just had too many animals to care for and she surrendered him to us. He came to us a bit underweight, at about 28 pound, but has now filled out to a healthy to 47 pounds. He is about a year old. He's gentle, playful, and affectionate. Favorite activities include playing fetch, taking car rides, and napping with his canine and feline foster brother and sisters. If you think Zeus can find his perfect furever home with you, please write us at pals@psknet.com for an application. Zeus is looking for a home with a fenced yard. Better hurry--I bet such a cute little guy won't last long! Oh yeah, he's neutered, current on vaccines, and HW/Lyme negative, and ready to move in with you.

Story
Sweet little Trixie was found as a stray, clearly dumped on the side of the road along with a couple of other dogs. Fortunately, she is now safely with us in a warm, loving foster home. Trixie loves everyone she meets, and it is so cute to see this 6 pound cutie snuggling with her 80 pound foster brother. A velcro dog, the girl would spend every moment with her people if she could. A natural snuggler, she sometimes gets lost in the bed, as she loves burrowing under the covers. While she is cuddly, she also will spring into action, running roomies with the best of them. This is truly a sweet girl--her foster mom says she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Trixie does struggle with extreme allergies, and it's going to take some time and money to figure them out/treat them, and manage them. Please, if considering adopting her, this cost must be factored into deciding if she is the right dog for you. She may be a Silky Terrier mix, or possibly a fancy Podengo Pequeno mix. All we know is she is just a cute girl with a perfect disposition. Trixiei is around 3 years old, spayed, vaccinated, and HW/Lyme tested (negative). Please write pals@psknet.com for an application or submit one online at www.radfordpoundpals.org.
