WONDERFUL FULLY VETTED CAT is 3 year old Ben Purr! He is adorable with his loving personality and beautiful markings. He is classic tabby with swirls instead of stripes. Pick him up like a baby and he purrs! He enjoys sitting on your lap and being near you. He is very calm. He is neat with his litterbox and uses it faithfully. This cat is purrfect! Ben's owner moved and left him alone outside in winter! This sweetheart has lots of love to give! He is people, cat & dog friendly. He readily gets along with other cats which is exceptional. Ben Purr is neutered and fully vetted: tested negative for aids/leukemia, rabies & FVRCP/FELV vaccinated, flea & worm treated, nails trimmed and microchipped. He is a JOY to be with and a GREAT companion. Rescuer can help with transport. His adopter will be the lucky one!

If she is not marked pending, she is still available, please just submit an application** **I am in foster in Pittsburgh ** *Female cat *brown ticked tabby *Approximately 1 1/2-2 years old as of September 2024 -Penny came in after she was found living outside with two generations of her kittens and we are lucky we were able to take her into the rescue and ensure that she won’t continue to have babies! Penny is a sweet, quiet girl who is shy at first but does warm up and enjoys being petted and loved on. She will do best at first kept in a smaller room, and then slowly given more space as she gets used to her new people! She is currently living with her daughters and sons and can be adopted with any of them or can be adopted to a home with other animals with slow introductions. Older kids or adults are best for her as she can be scared at first. She is spayed, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. She will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that she cannot be declawed. Caribbean Queen is a torbie kitty (part tortie and part tabbie) and she has beautiful carmel colored markings and gorgeous emerald green eyes! Caribbean Queen does not like being around other cats and would need to be an only pet in the home with older respectful teenage children. Caribbean has already spent her very 1st Birthday in a shelter and would just LOVE to be a part of your family and spend every holiday feeling loved! Because Caribbean Queen does not like the other cats....she cannot be her best self when you come in to meet her because the poor baby is always on guard :( She is giving up hope that her person or family is coming in.....won't you please stop in and meet her?! Beautiful bright eyed Lolly was found as a stray and trapped in a colony of cats on the North Side of Youngstown by a kind man and brought in to West Side Cats for a chance at finding a forever home :) Lolly is a feral kitty who has lived outside her whole life and she will most definitely need a very patient and loving person/family to accept her into their hearts and home :) Lolly will do best in a calm environment with no small children. Lolly hides in the cupboards in the shelter during open hours from the humans, however she is SO sweet and she gets along with all of the other cats in the rooms...and can even be found snuggling with other shy kitties who hide as well (like sweet Pepper Mill who is also considered feral/semi-feral). This sweet and beautiful girl is very slowly getting used to humans and will sit quietly with the cupboard doors open after hours while some volunteers sit on the floor interacting with the other cats...taking everything in...almost as if she is learning :) This beautiful girl is VERY treat motivated and has truly been coming around! She will now come out for some of the volunteers when they come in shaking the Chicken Temptation treat bag!! Lolly DESERVES to know what it feels like to be part of a family loved in a safe, warm and loving home! PLEASE if you are willing to open your heart and home to this sweet girl and give her all of the time and patience she needs....stop in and inquire about Lolly!
