Story
I acquired kiko when she was 2 months old. She is 2 years old. Kiko has some separation anxiety and gets a little scared with bicycles. She has a vet and takes fluoxetine daily to manage it. She is the kindest, most friendly dog. She is very hyperactive and likes to play and cuddle and get rubs ALL THE TIME. kiko needs an active new home with either a big yard to roam around or someone who will take her on 2-3 walks a day, and/or a dog park. Kiko does like to jump and hug and has puppy energy still. I unfortunately am having issues with my land lord and new apartment to the point of being kicked out.

Story
Hello, we have a liter of mixed german shep/lab puppies that we have to rehome. This one is nicknamed Squeak! Our 3 year old shep mix (also available to be rehomed)was taken to animal fix clinic two years ago and we thought she was safe. But her liter mate got her pg. We were waiting on his appt to get fix but again, she was sprayed so we thought...Total shock when she went into labor. Anyways, now we are ; with 11, no 10, now 9 sweet puppies. They are either all black or all grey right now. The parents are both super sweet dogs, highly intelligent and easily trained. Great around kids and protective, but not aggressive. The dad was all grey with blue eyes, now he is black and sable about 85-90lbs. The mom was all black but now she is mostly black and sable, about 75 lbs. Free to inquiry And would like to just get them to great homes. They are 8 wks now

I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereAmana is a sweet and loving soul who was found as a stray running through traffic. She now lives in a 1 bedroom apartment with her foster mom and dad and enjoys lounging at home or being out on an adventure. She is a medium energy GSD who is easily tired with some fetch or running with other dogs. She is house trained, is fine being left alone, rides calmly in cars, and walks nicely on leash. Amana is very smart and picks up new commands quickly. She has learned sit, down, stay, come, leave it, take it, paw, up, back up, and off. She has prey drive so should go to a cat-free household. She is good with older children and has ignored toddlers and small children. She could be a solo dog or go to a home with a well-matched dog. Check her out at @adopt_oas_amana on Instagram! I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereDimka is a lovable 10-month-old, 62-pound large-breed pup ready to steal your heart! This friendly, cuddly girl is not only smart—she already knows how to “sit,” “lay down,” “shake” (with both paws!), “come,” and “no.” Dimka is pretty quiet for a pup, making her a great addition to any home. Currently living in an apartment, Dimka is chill and enjoys spending time with her foster family. She loves going potty outside and will let you know when she needs to go. While she doesn’t love being left alone, she’s great in the car and can jump in and out of her foster’s SUV on her own! Dimka thrives on socialization and has enjoyed playdates with other dogs, getting along well with both pups and even cats. She would do wonderfully in a home with a resident dog for comfort, and she truly loves being your shadow! If you’re looking for a loving companion to grow with, Dimka is your perfect match! I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereMeet  Heathbar, the Velcro dog of your dreams. This sweet boy is eager to learn, protect, and love. He’s still learning table manners and basic commands, but he’s gaining confidence on the leash and has taken to crate training very well. He would do well with someone who will take him on long walks, runs, and hikes, and then end the day with a long cuddle on the couch. At this point, he doesn't love being left alone, but with time to to a new home this will likely improve. He's food motivated, which will be great for rewards based training and helping you bond as you get to know each other.  If you’re looking for a furry shadow to join you on an adventurous life,  Heathbar is the dog for you. He was pretty independent when meeting other dogs at the shelter and may live well with another calm dog, or he would be happy to be your only pet. Heathbar is around 7 years old and is 75 pounds. I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereMeet DC! This sweet puppy came into the shelter and was initially timid, but her playful side came out with some patience and understanding. Now that she is in a foster home and feeling safe, we are seeing her high energy side come out and she remains a playful pup ready to have a good time. She loves to romp around and play with humans and her foster dog friend alike.  She's had so many changes in her short life and has been a little anxious about being left alone currently. She will need a patient person willing to give her some stability and time to settle into her new home. She is showing great progress in her training and is well on her way to being potty trained, crate trained, and learning new words like "sit!" and "wait!" with amazing progress. What a smart pup! DC is about 6 months old and is 55 pounds. Click here to learn how to adopt and submit your adoption questionnaire.February 15, 2025, 5:31 pm
