Hello my name is Libby, I'm from Minnesota! From her foster: Libby is a sweet loving older gal with a lot of husky spirit! She will talk your ear off in the morning (probably telling you all about her nightly dreams) and has no problem telling you she missed you when you return home from work! Libby is potty trained and kennel trained - although she highly prefers being out of her kennel surrounded by her stuffed animals. She currently free roams the house living along side the resident dogs and two cats. She gets a tiny bit distressed when the dogs are roughhousing with squeaker toys and quickly runs to the poor toys rescue. So dogs willing to share toys is a must for Libby. She does good on a leash and like any husky, she prefers to spend most of her day outside at the moment. While she loves the fenced in yard here, I believe she would do well without one too so long as she gets her good long walks. Due to her age, she does frequent the bathroom more often than a younger doggy might. Needing to go out roughly every 3-4 hrs during the day. At night she calmly sleeps for 12 hours without wanting to go out. However, if she changes her mind she will quickly howl to let you know she wants out. Dog, cat, baby, kids - Libby loves them all!!! She is so patient and kind and loves watching over everyone as they play and go about their day! She is a true momma husky with deep feelings ready to melt into her perfect family!

Hi, my name is Yara, I am from Arkansas. I'm an energetic and playful pup looking for my forever family. I absolutely love running around, so having a yard would be a dream come true. I enjoy making friends with other dogs, though I can sometimes be a little overenthusiastic. Cats are okay too, but I’m still learning about giving them space. I’m working hard on potty training, leash manners, and basic obedience, but I can be a bit sassy at times (in the cutest way, of course!). I thrive on activity and mental stimulation, and I love being involved in whatever you're doing. If you're looking for a lively companion who’s full of personality, I might just be the one for you!

Cindy is a doll. She doesn't let her one eye stop her, this girl would love to play with a dog friend all day!  Aside from playing with dog friends, she also loves a good cuddle with her people. She love a good lap nap! Her recall is great, Cindy listens well and has been living with a cat and infant and does great with them both. She is very cautious with the infant and makes sure to touch her gently with her paws when approached by the kid.  Cindy is not yet potty trained but is working on it. However, she is very pad trained inside. She has been sleeping in a kennel at night and does well with it. She does not cry and keeps her kennel dry and clean overnight.  Cindy is just a great little puppy - full of love and trust and eager to cozy into her new home. As a husky she will require lots of excerise and someone who is willing to help her get out her Husky energy as she grows.  Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.   The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. Welcome Leia to CCPAL Rescue Foster program. Leia is a 5 month old pup that is Husky/Staffordshire Terrier. A picture of the mom and dad are available. Both are very friendly and social dogs. The pups would be good with children. Lia is the most shy of the 4 pack. All these pups are smart and willing to learn and work well when you train with them. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. The unspayed female was around the male and in just minutes she was pregnant with 10 puppies. These 5 are still available for adoption. All have had 3 rounds of puppy shots, microchipped and will be altered before adoption. Their mom is 65 pounds so we think these pups will be 65 pounds. They know sit, wait and are the ultimate water dogs. They like to play and swim in the foster’s swimming pool. They would all make great camping companions. They love other dogs and all people including kiddos. They have the bushy coat like the Husky and several of them have ice-blue eyes. Lia is the smallest female. She is a little shy but sweet and one of the more vocal. She would warn you if someone was at the door or at the fence. She is a nice girl and since he is the smallest girl we think he will for sure be 55 pounds. She is mostly potty trained but will need more consistency than the foster can provide with 4 puppies. They are good in a crate and in a car. I love to be the first one to do things like walk through an open door, meet new people, or even see if something is edible! Hee, hee!! I also love to roll around, play with my Nerf soccer ball, and chew on toys. I actually like to eat my toys and am possessive of those I’m playing with so I need to be closely supervised because I will bite if a toy is taken away from me. I get along with other dogs, but I have not met any cats, and kids are not a good fit for me. I am a very friendly boy, but I do tend to nibble people to show affection, get attention, or to warn that I don’t like something. I am a typical Husky who not only loves to pull on the leash and run when off leash, but I’m an escape artist too! It’s true, I’ve broken out of a wire crate and even destroyed items in a room…no walls, doors, floors, or anything but still, I will need a securely fenced yard at my new home. I should also not have any shared walls because when I’m left alone or in the kennel/crate I can holler for a couple hours. I am a smart guy who knows what “sit” & “down” mean, and not only am I potty trained, but I am super good about letting you know I need to go out by grabbing my tail! I am also very gentle when it comes to taking treats although I can be a bit picky about them! Hee, hee!!  I'd love to be your running partner or go on hikes and adventures.  If you don't have a fenced in yard, but do go for daily walks/runs and can commit to my exercise needs while taking me out to potty on leash, let's chat! When I first came up to Underdog, I tested positive for heartworms. We got rid of those pesky bugs and now I just need that heartworm pill monthly, year round! I am a very goofy boy who is simply looking for my fur-ever home with a patient, Husky-savvy family who will love me unconditionally and NEVER give up on me!! Sure, I may take a bit to warm up, but I promise that once I do, I will love you more than you could ever imagine and with proper exercise I am a huge lover who will snuggle like nobody’s business!
