Story
Loki is a husky/Shiba inu mix. We have had him for roughly 2-3 years. He is approximately 4-5 years old. We found this dog so don't know much of his upbringing. What we do know is that he was never socialized so he has a fear of meeting new people and has shown signs of stranger danger aggression. For this reason we need to part with him but want him to go to someone that has experience with this type of situation. Maybe a military or police officer or trainer background. He is a great dog if he can overcome his fear of people. We do not want him placed in a shelter where he could be euthanized. He loves long walks, loves to be rubbed and does basic tricks like sit, down, paw, and speak. He truly is a wonderful dog, he just needs a more experienced owner. If you could give Loki his forever home, please contact me.

Story
Here's what Atticus's current family shares about him:Atticus is a very sweet pup with energy and enthusiasm to spare! He loves to run and would make an excellent running/hiking partner. He also loves playing with other dogs that match his energy. Atticus is still young and still learning. We've been working hard with him on his manners (including basic obedience training and a 2 week doggie training camp) and he is improving week after week, but he would really thrive with owners who can devote time to work with him very regularly. We have two small children at home, and that has not been a great fit for Atticus. He is still learning boundaries, and while the children don't seem to phase him and he has never shown any aggression towards them, he doesn't seem to know his own size. Atticus LOVES playing with dogs, and has done very well at doggie daycare. We want to find Atticus a home where he can really get his energy out. He is a lot of fun and with attention and a bit more training, he would be a wonderful companion for the right family. Thank you for your interest in Atticus! Story
This is Bubba! He is a 3 year old Husky Alaskan Malamute mix. He is a very sweet boy, who has never met a stranger. He loves walks, playing with a rope toy, and lots of treats. He needs to be the only pet in the home, as he is reactive towards other dogs. He would be well suited for a family with older children who can run and play with him. He is house broken, but will occasionally go inside if he is anxious. He can follow very basic commands and does need some more training. He loves spending time with the family and being included in everything you do. He needs to have a backyard to run in, as he does not do well in apartments. He is up to date medically and tolerates medical exams well. He does not like water or grooming, but if offered treats and love he will get through it. We are looking for the perfect home for him with people who will love him and give him all the attention he needs.

Story
Ghost is a great dog that requires some more love and attention than most. He has moderate separation anxiety—we are able to leave him for hours at a time as long as there are no other issues at that time. The main other issue that stresses him out is severe weather (thunder and high winds). He pants and wanders around the house, needing to be close to somebody; not too much of an issue during the day, but it’s difficult at night and when needing to leave the house. He does okay with car rides—again just pants and drools and likes to be in the front seat. He is great with kids—very tolerant—and good with cats. He is generally good with other dogs but has had occasional aggressiveness around food. Overall, he needs a house that has somebody home most of the time and probably best to be an only dog. He loves to cuddle and doesn’t mind being smothered with love. He’s basically just a big furry baby.
