Hudson is approximately a year and a half old, neutered, microchipped and he has his current vaccinations. Hudson weighs about 17 lbs and he has Pomeranian type hair; very soft and silky. He likes to be brushed. Hudson also loves to be with his people. He snuggles with his foster on the sofa amongst all the other foster dogs. Hudson does protect his food but that's probably from being at the shelter and being under stress. He has not been tested with cats or other small animals other than his foster siblings. He does have a bark but it's more of an alert. Hudson does know some commands and probably would need a refresher on social behaviors. He is very smart quick to learn. Hudson hasn't been tested around small children but seems to do okay around strangers once he gets to know them which doesn't take very long. Hanna would be great in a home with young adults or family with older kids (please note that young dogs prefer the company of older kids and up, as they can be reactive if they re not properly treated by young children). We think she ll get along in a home that has other dogs that are respectful of dog sibling boundaries and won t mind a sister that can be a little sassy. Hanna as an energetic young dog love outdoor activity and she is just learning how to walk with a leash with positive training using treats. What is the dog's rescue story? Hanna and her sister Hailey (Hailey who is up for adoption as well) were born in a house of his rescuer who had rescued their mom from the streets and they were looking for someone to help wit the puppies so, we didn t hesitate to help them and we took the last 2 puppies. At first the two little puppies were so afraid but with time and love they flourish like a beautiful rose and now they are a healthy, playful and very loved puppies ready to find a home.Hanna is waiting in Mexico until a family is committed to fostering her or taking her on a trial.
