contact foster parent at ptjzjuers@icloud.comHey there, pals! I`m Emma, the fabulous ten-year-old black lab who`s ready to share her story. Let me tell you, I`m a real gem – sweet, gentle, and an all-around amazing friend.Leash walking? Oh, you bet I`m a pro! I`m like the leash walking superstar, strolling right by your side without any pulling, and I love to check in and make sure we`re in sync. High energy? Nope, not me! I`m all about those relaxed days, lounging on the sofa and enjoying some quality time with my favorite humans.House trained? Absolutely, not a single accident here. But here`s a secret – I`m a bit of an escape artist. I`ve got a knack for finding my way out of things, but hey, it`s all in the name of adventure!Walks? Count me in, but let`s keep them under 30 minutes due to some old injuries. Collars? Well, they`re not my favorite accessory, but I`ll make do. And speaking of walks, I`ve got pretty great leash manners with just a hint of light pulling – I`m just too curious about the world!Prey drive? You betcha! I`ve got a nose for adventure and a keen eye for anything that moves. But when it comes to cats and small animals, let`s just say I`m not the best company. And kiddos under 10? Well, I might be a bit too much for them.Snoring? Oh, that`s my nighttime lullaby! I`ve got the most adorable snores you`ve ever heard. Kennels? I can handle them in small doses, but I`d much rather be with my favorite people.Car rides, you ask? Well, let`s just say I`m not the biggest fan. Grass rolls, though? Oh, those are the best! I`m a grass connoisseur, and I absolutely love to give out kisses too. Now, I`ve got some special medical needs and a unique diet, but don`t worry – I`m a trooper. Thunderstorms and loud noises? Well, they`re not my cup of kibble. I`m a bit of a scaredy-pup when it comes to those things.Dominate female, right here! I`m a confident gal who knows what I want. And guess what? I`m a problem-solving whiz and a quick learner. Treats? Oh yeah, count me in – I`m a foodie at heart.Toys and bones? Not really my style. Playing with humans? Nah, not my thing either. And here`s a secret – I might have a bit of separation anxiety, but it`s only because I love being with my people so much.Last but not least, I might just pick one person to be my ultimate BFF. So there you have it, the fantastic world of Emma! Sweet, gentle, leash walking extraordinaire wit

contact foster parent at michelek.travel@gmail.comCat reactivepotty trainedsleeps through the nightlow key she is a Netflix & chill kind of girlShe would do well with a older adult who desires a little calm companyShe likes my senior dog Oliver but hates Cooper who has never ending energy. She barks when she sees them playing. She loves to snuggle up next to anyone... she tries to play, but you can tell she hasn`t had much experience. Her previous situation has limited her experience and exposure other animals & children. The only quirk I can think of other than being cat reactive is that if you try to physically move her by pushing gently on her - she does NOT like that. Instead, if you need her moved, use commands or put a leash on her and she will follow you anywhere.

Please contact foster at wanda67g@gmail.comFerris is the sweetest most loving dog who wants to please. He is ready for his forever home and would do great with a fun family! He loves to go on walks but is equally happy to snuggle on the couch and be lazy. Just happiest with his humans!- crate trained and likes it, goes in there himself when door is open and when he sees me preparing a kong for him. very relaxed, does not try to break out, I think sees it as his safe space.- perfectly house trained. he likes to drink a lot of water but has been a non-issue for accidents. does not mark.- non-destructive, literally I have been leaving him out free in my spare bedroom 80% of the time because he is so well behaved. This is A BIG ONE because I almost NEVER do this with fosters- does NOT bark!!! Rarely whines, if he does, it’s when he is NOT in his kennel and is dead silent in his kennel. - a gentle, cuddly, love bug. is so happy to lay next to you and take a nap. his body is always touching me. he is good about matching your energy, be it for a jog around the block or a full day of laziness. loves to rub the top of his head all over me for attention but I think he is also showing affection this way.- no resource guarding- he actually likes to play with his toys WITH you (ie: tug of war). I have been thrilled that he likes some of the dog toys that none of my other fosters have touched. I also am able to put food that falls out of his bowl back in his bowl while he is eating. When he fetches, he isn`t great about dropping it (he tries to put toy in your hand and initiate tug of war).- loves food, very food motivated. has enjoyed every type of treat given to him. HOUSES his food, the previous foster had a slow feeder which he probably needs because he chokes himself eating so quickly but I don`t have one yet. He is skinny and needs to put some lbs on!!!- quiet in my spare room. only heard him cry once, so I went in and turned on a lamp for him because it was dark out and he was good from there. I`ve been surprised that even when we are at home and we put him up in the room alone, he is still quiet and well behaved and not trying to get out of his room.- strong on leash, we have been working on this skill! Using a waist leash and it makes so much difference. He is manageable on leash regardless, but when we walk super early/super late, and there is less stimulation, he

Story
Please contact foster at heather.mccollough@gmail.comHi I`m Domino! Fun fact...I have the most endearing full body wiggle when I`m excited to see you. As a matter of fact that is what instantly drew my foster mom to me when we met at the shelter. Let me share some other important details about myself:1.I am a huge fan of all kinds of toys - rope, squeaky, stuffy, chew, etc. I would include pillows, but my foster mom says those are not toys.2.I am house trained provided you give me enough opportunity to go outside throughout the day3.I am good on leash particularly for my age4.I have not displayed much of a prey drive in the yard or on our walks unless you count sticks5.I am practicing commands daily - sit, down, stay, leave it, heel, spin, roll over, and more 6.I am highly treat motivated and eager to please7.I sleep quietly in my crate through the night 8.I require a good balance of activity and crate time 9.I`ve been known to test out my lungs if I hear you having fun without me, but I eventually settle10.I`ve done well meeting other dogs of different ages and sizes on my walks.11.I`ve played well with my 4 legged foster sister for short sessions. She and some other confident dog friends have been helping me with my play manners.12.I ride calmly in the car, but still working on getting comfortable jumping in. Enough about me, let`s talk about you, my potential forever family: The ideal home for me is going to be one where:1.I get to be with someone who is confident and skilled at teaching a dog to be his best. I still have puppy impulses and I`ll need your help to redirect appropriately. This is going to be important for our success.2.I have understanding and patient humans who are committed to creating a proper environment for me.3.I do not have two legged siblings under 15 years old. While I`m still learning my manners, it is better this way for them and me.4.I get to be with you a lot, because being with humans is at the top of my favorite things list.5.I get to go places with you. I have enjoyed parks, breweries, and even trips to a couple hardware stores. I`m social and interested in meeting new people when out and about.6.I get plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation. A young pup like me needs it.7.I get to run through the sprinkler. I`m still unsure about pools, but sprinklers are a blast! Despite the fact that the early months of
