Hello! My name is Nesta; my 2 sisters & I were found on a hiking trail here in Lancaster. When we first came into the shelter we had never been walked on a leash or been around new people, but it was obvious that we had been raised around people because of how sweet & loving our personalities are. Since we`ve been here, we`ve gotten SO much better at walking on a leash & we`re still a little shy when we meet new people but there`s definitely been progress!Out of the 3 of us, the girls at the shelter say that I`m the one who just `gets it`. I was the first one to warm up to the staff & the first to accept pets/love. I do really well with other dogs, due to my calm personality, & I think that I would do really well in a family with kids! We immediately began wagging our tails and jumping up on the girls here at the shelter in order to get more love & pets, and every day our love & trust grows.Of the 3 of us, the staff say that I am the leader. I`m usually the first to notice something new, and the first to run towards it! I`m a pretty mellow boy, but I absolutely love playing with my brothers and I haven`t met another dog I haven`t liked. We`re all going to be medium-large sized dogs when we`re adults, but you definitely won`t be able to get the cuddles I give from a small dog! We`re at the perfect stage for training right now, and I KNOW I`d make an excellent family dog. DeeO'gee is absolutly a goofball who loves kids and other animals. Except squirrels, 🤣. We are unfortunately having to down size our home due to the economy and his breed is not accepted in apartment complexes and it's devastating to our family and his best friend (our son) as you can see from the pictures added he is silly, loving and just overall a great addition to any family. He's an amazing dog, super cuddle bug, loving and happy. Great on walks and loves to sun bath on nice days. He's an inside dog for the most part. Has to have his chew toys and ropes ( as most pitbulls). He's a big happy baby.

Tyson has been with us since he was 4 weeks old. He slept with my son or daughter every night. He loves running around and chasing squirrels and eating chicken feet. He has separation anxiety and doesn’t like people with hats. He recently stayed at a doggy day care and was playing on the playground with other dogs. He is showed aggression to my daughter while she was pregnant and we got him fixed but we are uncomfortable with him around now that we have a newborn baby. He loves attention.
