He enjoys cuddling and socializing with people, and loves to rest his head on his humans. He was very well-behaved in foster-care and spent most of his time being a chill couch potato. Billy has been friendly when meeting strangers, has a few tricks up his sleeve (sit, lay, stay, drop), and has an obedient and eager-to-please demeanor. He is a very sweet older dog who is ready to find his cozy home!Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process.
