Goodness do I need help with my leash manners, I can pretty grumpy meeting new people and dogs on leash. I won’t mind sharing my home with kids 10+, or other dogs. I mean, they are all so much fun to play with! But I’m not to sure how to be friends with a kitty. I could run and wrestle and romp all day! I’m a pretty happy boy with a great attitude and a curious demeanor. I’ve got the brains to excel at arithmetic, but who am I kidding…I just can’t wait for recess! I’m super smart, playful, eager to please, and longing to be loved; so a family that is committed to working on continued training, giving me lots of guidance and structure is exactly what I need. I am teenager who is rebelling a little bit and need someone to help rein it in! Why not come in and meet me? I want so badly to show off what a cute fella I am! As with his breed, he is full of energy and extremely smart!! His favorite thing is to play fetch. He absolutely loves to learn new things and train. He enjoys putting his brain to work for mealtime with various puzzles and snuffle mats. Finn has challenges on walks with regards to reactivity towards people and dogs and will require continued training. He will also need his adopter to continue working on noise desensitization to triggers. Finn is on behavior modification medications and these will need to be continued for him to thrive. Finn is searching for a special person who is calm, patient and committed to positive reinforcement training. He would do best in a house with a large yard with space from neighbors. Finn’s prey drive has resulted in chasing the household cat - he needs a home with no cats.

Poppy is a 4.5 yr old amazing Australian Sheppard. We got her from High Desert Aussies when she was a puppy, and we are the only owners. It is heartbreaking to create this post as she is a sweet girl, super affectionate, and a loving member of our family. Unfortunately, she has bitten our neighbor's dog a few times. The breeder has said that it isn't abnormal for female Aussies to be territorial with same-sex dogs. Given the strained relationship, however, we need to find her a new home. She is obedient and highly intelligent and is well-acclimated to people and other dogs. We have another dog (male) that she gets along with well, but she is the dominant pet. She is well trained indoors, crates at night, but needs exercise during the day.

I’m moving to Thailand and Dubai. I just can’t picture baby being in the kennel for 6+ months. My son is in college, there’s no pets along in the dorm. Finding him a nice home, feels like the better choice to kenneling him for possibly a year. He’s such a good boy he loves other pets and people. But I can’t bring him and I don’t have anybody to leave him with. I just can’t see kenneling him for that length of time… God knows what they do to him. It’s like a prison sentence. It’s a hard choice, but I think it’s a better thing for him that he’ll have open spaces and a family.

Hello! I got Moka when she was 8 weeks old, her birthday is December 14th and she is 4 years old now. Shes been a great dog but my working schedule and living situation makes it very difficult for me to give her the life she deserves. She really needs a yard to run around in and someone who can take the time to train her properly. She gets along with people and aside from a few dogs that came over to our house she's usually pretty good with other dogs. She also hasn't been around too many so she tends to get really anxious and excited when she sees another dog. This was my first dog so the training was not great and she will need some leash training. She's got a lot of energy and is great at cuddling.
