Flower. Flower was the only survivor of a box of 7 puppies who were thrown away like trash. She came to me as a 10-day old bottle baby and struggled for a few weeks until she finally turned a corner and started to thrive. She is a little fighter and now has reached the ripe old age of 6+ weeks and had her first vaccinations recently. She is currently eating kibble and is looking for an adopter who can enjoy her antics and find or provide her a great forever home! Flower is probably a border collie mix of some sort but because she came in a box, it is just a guess. She is active and playful but tries to test everything with those little needle teeth of hers. She will need an active home to vent her energy and persistent training as she tends to like to have her own way. Perhaps agility training to help meet her activity needs. Flower responds well to playing with the chihuahuas and with Laila, the former bottle baby boxer, who all will let her know when enough is enough! Tommy is a cute and cuddly little boy with an eternally cute face. He was found on the streets with a tumor about 5.5" in diameter in his belly. He lasted a year in treatment with chemotherapy and medication and needed surgery to remove the remaining encapsulated mass. In addition to needing special food to break up a stone bladder, he has ultrasounds to make sure he don't get sediment in his bladder every three months. He is currently a healthy, happy, loving and tender dog. He is very loyal and protective, intelligent and playful. He don't get along well with alpha male dogs, but plays well with puppies and females. He is sociable with children and adults. Tommy is a Border collie mix, and is smaller than a Border collie. When you talk to him he makes a cute and cuddly face, ducks his head and rolls his eyes upwards, I think he knows he is cute and takes advantage of that. Tommy is a dog to spoil, to cuddle and to give him lots of love, since his first family didn't give him all he deserved.
