Story
🐾 Hi there! I’m Joy! 🐾 I’m a lovely 3-year-old Border Collie mix with a beautiful black and white coat. I weigh 11 kg, making me the perfect size for all kinds of adventures! 🥰 My Story: I was rescued just in time from a kill center, and now I’m looking for my forever home where I can share all my love and joy. 💖 My Personality: I’m very affectionate and love to rub against people, whether I know them or not. I’m always ready for some pets! 🐶 You can lift me by putting your arm under my belly. I’m easy to handle! 🪶 Once I get to know you, I’ll happily show you my belly. It’s my way of saying I trust you! 🐾 I love meeting new dogs and always ask them to play. I’m a friendly girl! 🐕 I might need a bit of caution when meeting new dogs for the first time, especially if toys or snacks are involved. 🧸 When I see a cat during a walk, I stay focused on my human. Cats don’t distract me! 🐱 I enjoy outdoor activities and have a normal energy level. After a fun time outside, I like to rest quietly. 🌳 I tend to pull on the leash a bit, but I generally follow my human well. 🚶‍♂️ I don’t guard my food against people, but I might growl if another dog approaches me while I’m eating. 🍽️ I’m very calm in a kennel and know how to get in and out of a car by myself. 🚗 I generally only do my business outside. 🚽 Fun Facts: I’m people-friendly and get along with strangers easily. 🥰 I used to guard resources, but I’m much better now. My new family should be firm when giving me snacks or toys. 🍖 I might try to bite a stranger’s hand if I’m in a kennel, but that’s because I was traumatized while moving to a training center. 🏡 At the training center, I don’t show any behavior issues, but I might need some time to adjust in a new place. 🐾 I’m looking for a loving home where I can continue to grow and share my affection. If you think we could be a perfect match, please come meet me! 🏡💕

Story
🐾 Hi there! I’m Baney! 🐾 I’m a 6-month-old female Border Collie mix with a beautiful black and white coat. I weigh just 6 kg, so I’m the perfect size for cuddles! 🖤🤍 My Story: I was rescued from a kill shelter just in time, and now I’m looking for my forever home. Could it be with you? 🏡💕 My Personality: • I’m super affectionate and love to rub against people, whether I know them or not. I’m always ready for pets and cuddles! 🤗 • I adore kids under 13 and take snacks from them very gently. 🍪👧👦 • You can easily lift me by putting your arm under my belly. I’m a lightweight! 🐶 • Once I get to know you, I’ll show you my belly for some good rubs. Actually, I might even do that when we first meet! 🐾 • I’m friendly with other dogs, both familiar and new, and I love to play! 🐕🎾 • Even if another dog tries to start a fight, I prefer to avoid confrontation. Peace and love, that’s my motto! ✌️❤️ • Cats? No problem! I focus on my human during walks. 🐱🚶‍♀️ • I have lots of energy and need plenty of outdoor activities to stay happy and calm. 🌳🏃‍♂️ • I might pull on the leash a bit, but I generally follow well. 🚶‍♂️🐾 • I’m not possessive about my food and don’t mind sharing with people or other dogs. 🍲 • I don’t have severe separation anxiety now, but I might develop it, so I need a loving and understanding home. 🏡💔 • I whine a bit when put in a kennel, but I’m working on it. 🐾 • I’m potty trained and use both indoor pads and the great outdoors for my bathroom needs. 🚽🌿 Fun Facts: • I’m really good with other dogs and love to play. 🐕🎉 • As a puppy, I love to chew and bite things, so I might nibble on furniture. But hey, I’m learning! 🛋️🦷 • I’m super smart and learn commands very quickly. 🧠🎓 If you’re looking for a loving, playful, and smart pup to join your family, I’m your girl! Let’s make some wonderful memories together! 🐾❤️ Love, Baney 🐶💕 For more videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIsLTtIpe3Jx8TwwtseM6cgQTQjHW7zaJ

Story
Animal Profile: Nellie is an estimated 14-18 month old, 55 lb spayed female mixed breed (possibly border collie and shepherd) who was found as a stray in TX and taken in by our rescue partners. She is very social, friendly, playful with dogs, and good in the crate -- but loves to be with her humans. We will share more about her as we get to know her in foster care.  Foster Update: Nellie is a loyal, loving and easy going young dog who has been a joy to foster. She has high energy when she knows it's time to play, but can also relax when it's not play time. She is wonderful in the crate and is also good on leash, rarely pulling. She is friendly and playful with other dogs once she warms up to them after slow introductions. She is good at communicating boundaries appropriately with other dogs when it comes to staying away from "her stuff." She absolutely loves being outside and will be a great hiking or running buddy! She's a hard chewer so will need durable toys. She has a cute little habit of stealing socks and hiding them in her crate; she doesn't destroy them, just likes to collect them. Her ideal family would be a couple or single person with or without another balanced dog, looking for an adventure buddy and willing to help her continue to build her confidence. Nellie has not been formally evaluated with cats or kids.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and health certificate. Your donation may be tax deductible as DG is a 501c3 organization. Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: Nellie was transferred from Saving Shelter Strays in Texas arriving to Seattle area foster care on 3/8/24. She will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care. August 19, 2024, 7:36 pm

Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Hank - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Fun and active, that's me, Hank. I'm around 5 years young but I'm still up for any adventure! I love going for car rides, so much in fact that I'll load right up when asked, so I'm already waiting to go on our adventures! I'm also an expert cuddler. I will wait patiently for you so I can get some cherished belly rubs. A perfect combination of active and couch potato. I get along great with people tall or small but I can sometimes be dog selective. I will need proper introductions meeting new dogs, but I'm not a fan of cats and would need to be in a home without any. At around 40 lbs, I'm a perfect size for leisurely walks to nature hikes. And I might add, a perfect size for getting my cuddles in!! If you're searching for that family member out of the puppy destructive stage but still active, I may be your boy. If you're wanting a BFF to accompany you on your everyday daily going on's, I may be your boy. I'm waiting to be YOUR boy so please fill out my adoption application found at haydudeequine.org

Story
Requires: -Herding breed experienced home -Large fenced yard outside the city -Another playful dog in the home her size or larger Keira is a 2 year old, 50lb Border Collie who is looking for her perfect home. She takes a while to trust, but is loyal to her people once she does. Keira is fearful of people and does not easily trust. She can be skittish and is a flight risk if not contained properly. She will build trust with her people after a period of time spent together and trust building, but she is not a ‘people’ dog with new people. She is definitely a dog's dog. She prefers to be with her dog friends and spends her days out in a play yard with 5-7 other dogs. Keira will need a home that understands and is ok with the fact she is not a super lovey dog that will want human attention all the time. Keira will do best in an adult only home that is patient in building her trust and ok with her being aloof and doing her own thing at times. She is well mannered and does great hanging out in a fenced yard with her dog friends. She is super active and loves to run around in her current large play yard with other dogs. Keira will thrive in a home with a large fenced yard outside of the city. She is not an apartment/condo/townhome dog. Keira requires at least one other dog around her size in the home, and herding breed experience. She would thrive in a more rural setting with a large fenced yard. Keira is UTD on shots, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400.
