Story
Zipper’s owner moved into assisted living and is unable to care for him anymore. He was truly loved and we are hoping to find him a new family that loves him just as much! He is house trained but as a small dog needs to be taken out about every 3 to 4 hours. We are hoping to find him a home with a retiree or with someone who works from home. If he does need to be left home a little longer he will use puppy pads. He is a fun and play pup and just wants to be loved.

Story
Meet Alison Krauss! She is a puppy so shes playful and has a lot of puppy energy! She is super cute and fun, but a lot of work. Her forever family should be committed to lots of training - obedience, housetraining, and socialization. This will ensure that Alison Krauss grows into a confident, well behaved adult! Puppies' personalities are dependent on their environment, and the structure and training they are given, in addition to socialization. Their personalities continue to grow and be shaped by their new adoptive families. Puppy daycare and socialization classes or puppy kindergarten are highly recommended for their personal development. She will more than reward you for all your hard work with lots of love, loyalty, and laughs. Alison Krauss is a baby so she is not yet house trained and is working on crate training. Estimated DOB: 06/11/2024 Estimated ADULT Weight: 10-20 lbs Breed: Chihuahua/Mix Adoption Donation: $600.00 Prior to adoption, puppies will be altered, microchipped, flea treated, and dewormed. Puppies are given vaccination boosters in our care; however, adoptive families will be responsible for the remaining vaccinations that puppies need. Your adoption donation goes toward the cost of this vet care as well as transportation and general care costs. All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and Martingale collar. Each dog also receives a "Tour Gear Bag" full of goodies to start you on your journeywith your new pup! **Alison Krauss is not yet old enough to be spayed so she is available for foster-to-adopt in the greater Seattle area. Must be willing to transport to our vet in Bellevue for intake exam and spay procedure as well as up to Monroe for any vaccinations** Please visit our website www.motleyzoorescue.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
