Story
MEET LILLY …. Lilly was pulled into our rescue from a small rural, 17 kennel, shelter where dogs got very little exposure. She was saved from the shelter with her kennel mate Arlo. Arlo is still with is foster but has an approved adopter and now we are hoping Lilly finds her perfect family! Lilly is 7 mths old and 35lb. She is super playful with everyone, dog friendly, crate trained, and working on house training. She’s spayed, Heartworm negative, and just waiting for a perfect adopter to come along! She’s incredibly affectionate and playful. She would LOVE another dog friend in her life to romp and play with but it is not required. She would benefit from an active family with a fenced. Lilly does still get motion sickness on car rides so had medications to help with travel. Lilly is NOT fostered with cats so we would not place her in a home with a cat. She would be great for a home with or without kids. She would love to play with her humans and cuddle when done. She is still working on crate training so will need to continue that work in her new home. We expect Lilly to get about 50-60lb. She’s truly a beautiful girl! She’s currently fostered in GA but because of our transport program she is available for adoption and transport to much of the US. We also have Canadian Adopters who meet us stateside. If you’re interested in Lilly please fill out the inquiry form here (copy paste link into browser): https://form.jotform.com/211295763938164 Lilly's adoption fee is $600 which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations (rabies, 2 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), negative heartworm test, negative fecal, health certificate, registered microchip, and transport costs. Arlo is currently located in Georgia and is available for transport to an adopter through our transport program. As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on a video call (FB Messenger Call, Facetime, Zoom, Etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized & paid in full prior to transport. Drop off locations through our transport program are as follows: * Northwest Route – Salt Lake City, UT – Meridian, ID – Richland / Kennewick, WA – Seattle, WA – Mt. Vernon, WA – Portland, OR * Midwest / Northeast Route – Des Peres, MO – Hannibal, MO – Coralville, IA – Woodbury, MN – Madison, WI - Hillside, IL – Lafayette, IN – Cleveland, OH – Pembroke, NY – Syracuse, NY – Castleton On Hudson, NY – Newburgh, NY – Bedminster, NJ – Philadelphia, PA – Halethorpe, MD – Springfield, VA – Richmond, VA

Golden Retriever Kuvasz

(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Indy is an energetic, sweet 1.5 year old Golden Retriever/Kuvasz mix. Unfortunately, I'm just not in a situation where I can provide the attention she needs with having a toddler and one on the way. Indy is a beautiful blonde with a loving personality. She's house and crate trained, and she completed a 4-week board and train obedience course with Quality K9 Concepts last year, mastering all basic commands. She walks great on a leash and loves water! She is very loyal and loving to her family, but weary of strangers. She gets along well with other dogs but needs a home without small children due to her protective instincts/ herding traits from the Kuvasz side. Someone with experience or knowledge of Kuvasz breed would be best but not required if an experienced dog owner. I'm looking for a loving home where Indy can thrive and get the attention she deserves. If you or someone you know can provide a small child-free environment and lots of love.

Great Dane

Female, Adult
Evans, GA
Size
(when grown) X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more
Details
House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Bella was born November 6, 2018. She is spayed, microchipped and Continental Kennel Club registered. She is fully housebroken and has been raised indoors, although she enjoys her time in the patio and love car rides. She is a very sweet and gentle dog with every member of the family and friends. Bella has been part of my household since she was 8 weeks old. Unfortunately at my age (80 years old) and with recently developed health issues it has become more difficult for me to give her the attention and playing time she needs. The $300 rehoming fee is to make sure the prospective owner can afford owning a Great Dane (if you think $300 is too much for a dog that’s is already microchipped, had all its vaccines and CKC registered

Story
Betty is a sweet girl who spent much of her young life on the street being care for by a kind homeless woman. She had at least two litters of puppies. Betty is now spayed. And she is up to date on her shots. She is very playful, friendly, and affectionate. She loves to sit with her person and give kisses. Betty is good with other dogs but tends to have a dominant personality so she needs to be with other dogs that do not mind being submissive to her. She has a lot of love to give and would make a wonderful companion! She just wants to be someone's bed and couch buddy! No kids under 12 please. Betty is currently in boarding at Graced Kennels in Augusta, Georgia and a portion of her adoption fee has been sponsored by a supporter of our rescue! This is for application and home check approved adopters only!To inquire about an animal or submit an application visit https://www.hands2paws.org/adopt.html

Story
Abe is a very friendly, affectionate, adorable boy who loves to snuggle. He's scheduled and crate trained, and would do well in a calm environment. He has had a rough start in life and we're glad that his life turned around for the better since being rescued.Abe is good with most other dogs, especially if they are smaller than him and would also do well with older children. However, a home with no other pets preferred. He is the perfect size and that cute face and those soulful eyes will melt your heart! He is currently in a boarding facility in Augusta, Georgia and we would really love for him to be able to find a loving, forever home where he can get the love and attention that he deserves. Abe's adoption fee has been sponsored by a supporter of our rescue in the hopes of getting him out of boarding and into a forever home so there is no adoption fee. But application, references and home check apply! To inquire about an animal or submit an application visit https://www.hands2paws.org/adopt.html

Harley Quinn- lovingly called Quinn is a happy girl despite her past having come from a situation where she was made to breed. She loves to lie around on a koosy bed or bathe in the sun on cool days. Quinn is sweet and playful, but can still get mouthy at times so no children under 8. She is dog selective so a meet and greet with family dog will be needed. To inquire about an animal or submit an application visit https://www.hands2paws.org/adopt.html
