**The adoption fee for Koa has been paid for by a generous donor supporting PMHS-CV through a partnership with Haunted Overload! My name is 'Koa' and I'm waiting for you! At 7 years old, I'm oozing with charm, energy and tons of love. My soulful eyes and silly smile are certain to make even the gloomiest of days bright again! Some of my favorite things are balls, stuffies, squeakies and tug ropes! Walks are really fun and I'm a really good boy on leash. When it comes to snuggle time, count me in, but in full disclosure I admit I'm a couch/bed hog! Car rides relax me and I take my job as co-pilot seriously, always keeping my eyes on the road! I'll want to meet any potential canine siblings to ensure compatibility. No cats for me and older children would be best since I tend to be a bull in a china shop! Fill out an application today and ask to meet me!

Story
Bowser's soulful eyes and big smile are just a glimpse into his truly silly demeanor! He experienced a tough life but he's ready to show you how he's blossomed as he now knows what love feels like. Bowser is a bit guarded when meeting new people but given a little time to trust, he quickly warms and the wiggles begin. Toys are his security (especially the squeaky ones!). At just 4 years old (40 lbs.), he's the perfect package of playfulness, affection and curiosity. He's also an outdoor enthusiast who loves long trail walks with a few stops along the way to soak up some sun and belly rubs. Indoors, he transforms into the perfect snuggler who just wants to cozy up with his humans. Bowser will need to meet any potential canine companions to ensure compatibility with his new playmate! He's enjoyed some playtime with shelter pups and his confidence soars with a buddy! His history with cats is unknown. A calm, adult only home is best for Bowser. Bowser can be met by appointment only, given his superstar status! If you're interesting in meeting him, fill out an application today!

Looking for an energetic pal to keep you entertained? Meet Callie! True to the cattle dog breed, she’s bursting with energy and needs out of the shelter into a forever home with an active family. Callie arrived as a stray and we all fell for her bubbly personality. At approximately 4 years old, she’s very playful, adores going for long walks and is a champion zoomer! There isn’t a toy she won’t retrieve and she’s proven to be a tug-of-war expert. Callie enjoys leisurely car rides, making an excellent co-pilot who never takes her eyes off the road! Belly rubs and cozy snuggles are a must for this lovable girl so be prepared to devote your attention all to this cutie pie! Callie is a high energy pup who would do best with an active family. She has enjoyed many playdates with canine shelter buddies. She would need to meet any potential canine companions to ensure compatibility. While we have no past history regarding cats, she may find them a bit too interesting! If you would like to meet Callie, fill out an application today!
