Story
This handsome boy is looking for a new home. Smokey is a neutered four and a half year-old American Bulldog/Red Nose Terrier mix. He is a sweet, derpy guy who loves attention and being outside. He would be best as an only pet in a home with no young children (he’s just huge and unaware of how big he is) and someone who will give him lots of love and quality time. He’s a wonderful cuddler and very loving. He needs work with basic commands and walking on a leash but overall he is a great dog. He’s potty trained, kennel trained, and never chews on things he shouldn’t. Please contact me with any questions and feel free to share with anyone you think might be a good match for him.

Story
Chanel is an 11 month old puppy that was surrendered to ECCHA with her littermates. Chanel is a young dog and has a LOT of energy! She is currently in a foster home working on crate training (making great progress) and meeting lots of new people, cats and playing with her foster brother. All our puppies come with a training requirement as well. This helps to socialize your new puppy to a variety of other dogs, people, and other stimuli in a controlled environment. Chanel is one of our Special Needs animals. She has a congenital condition in her back leg that is being treated with therapy while she is here with us. The condition may require surgery, but that decision will be made by Chanel's adopter and her veterinarian. Since Chanel has special needs, her adoption fee is $400. She is spayed, will be microchipped and up-to-date on her vaccinations upon her adoption date. Please contact ECCHA with any other questions or apply today to meet this cutie! All is PAWSible when you ADOPT!

Story
Come meet Boris! Independent and kind of silly, Boris loves belly rubs and back scratches and sleeping on the sofa! He's great in the car and outside for walks is curious about his surroundings. Boris is great with other dogs and has no trouble meeting new friends. He is frightened of small kids so a family without kids or older kids would be best. Boris had a rough time in his five years before being rescued so needs patience and training. Someone to let him be his best Boris. He has what is called a bilateral luxating patella, meaning his knees can pop in and out of place. His foster of 2 months has not had any issues with this and reports that he runs outside and gets the zoomies, and jumps up and down from the bed and furniture no problem. His adopters will still need to speak with their vet about possible future care and treatment plan. Boris is neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations and will be microchipped on his adoption day. His adoption fee is $150 as he is special needs. Please contact ECCHA with any other questions or fill out an application below to meet this sweet guy! ADOPT! Don't shop!

Story
Meet Spike! This handsome lad came to ECCHA as a stray and is ready to find a loving home to call his own! Spike is as sweet and as polite as they come. He will take treats gently out of care givers or adoption staff's hands. He loves being outside in our backyard or sniffing along our trails. We are not sure how Spike does with his feline or canine friends. We will require a dog to dog meet and greet before his adoption day if you have a dog at home. We ask you practice a slow introduction if you have cats at home, we are not able to do any sort of dog/cat meet and greets here at the shelter. Spike will be up to date on his vaccinations and microchipped on his adoption day! His adoption fee is $400 as he was neutered under our care. Please fill out an application to meet this cutie! ADOPT! Don't shop!

Story
How is this sweet girl still here?! Meet Sequoia. This lady has been hanging out in a foster home for the past few months. Sequoia is a very smart lady that is still working on house training, but is getting it down! She loves running around playing with people or her four legged friends. We do require a dog to dog meet and greet before her adoption day. If you have cats at home, please practice a slow introduction. We cannot do any dog to cat meet and greets. Sequoia is not yet spayed so her adoption fee is $250 with a $100 refundable spay deposit. All puppies come with a training requirement as well. This helps socialize them to a variety of stimuli like new people or dogs. Please fill out an application if you wan to meet this sweet girl! Adopt! Don't shop!
