Meet Austina: Your Quiet, Loving Companion Austina has been waiting patiently for her forever home for two years, and we know her perfect match is out there! She’s a sweet and gentle soul who just needs a little time to feel comfortable, but once she does, she’ll reward you with love and companionship. What Makes Austina Special Cat-Friendly: Austina thrives in the company of other cats and would love to have a feline friend in her new home. She bonds beautifully with other cats and enjoys their companionship. Toy Lover: She adores playing with toys and can often be found lounging on her cat tree or hammock—these are her happy places! Great with Small Dogs: While Austina is fine with small dogs, larger dogs can be a bit intimidating for her. What Austina NeedsAustina can be a little shy when meeting new people, but her curiosity and sweet nature mean she warms up quickly. She’s never been around children, so a calm home with older, respectful kiddos would suit her best. Why She’s the Perfect MatchAustina is the ideal cat for a quieter household where she can shine. With a little patience and love, she’ll become your loyal companion, and her gentle, affectionate personality will fill your home with warmth. After two years in rescue, Austina deserves her happily ever after. Could you be the one to give her the loving home she’s been waiting for? Meet Lily: A Survivor with a Heart of Gold Lily is a stunning senior kitty with a story that will melt your heart. Rescued from the brink of euthanasia, she’s proven herself to be a fighter and is now embracing her second chance at life with grace and resilience. While Lily has a sensitive stomach that’s managed with a special diet and receives monthly injections to keep her arthritic hips comfortable, she doesn’t let these little hurdles slow her down. She’s thriving and ready to find her forever home. Lily’s personality is as unique as her journey. She’s a spirited and independent soul who values her personal space but still has so much love to give. She’s best suited to a calm, patient home with older children or adults who understand her occasional moodiness and respect her boundaries. She’s fine sharing her space with other pets who know the art of coexistence and don’t crowd her. For those who appreciate a cat with a little sass and a lot of heart, Lily is a one-of-a-kind companion. She’ll reward your understanding and care with her quiet affection and the unmistakable warmth of knowing you’ve given a special girl the home she deserves. Ruthie gets along well with other cats but prefers coexistence over playtime. She absolutely draws the line at dogs—this "queen cat" deserves a dog-free kingdom where she can reign supreme. True to her regal nature, Ruthie loves claiming the highest perch to survey her domain, always keeping a watchful eye on her surroundings. While she’s friendly with people, Ruthie values her independence and isn’t one to demand constant attention. If you’re looking for a poised and low-maintenance feline companion, Ruthie is ready to rule your heart and home. ##2072121##

Story
Hi My name is Violet and I am a loving playful girl who is looking for her forever family. I am a girl who knows what she wants! I know when I want pets and cuddles and when I want my alone time. I have no problem climbing into your lap to get the love and attention I need but I am also very independent, curious, and playful. I have been told that my fur is as soft as a cloud and I take pride in maintaining it. I have a foster sibling at my home now and we have become fast friends. I do not require another feline friend however I think I would like to have one to play with. We love to wrestle and play and my foster mom says it brings smiles to everyones faces! There is this other four legged animal in the home called a dog.. I am still a little unsure of it however as long as it leaves me alone I leave it alone! I am looking for a family that can keep up with my spunky attitude and playful demeanor. If this sounds like your home fill out an app and lets meet!  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please an Adoption Request Form. Creature is an absolute love bug. Always wants snuggles. All around I adore this baby, but WARNING he is a FIEND for food. He gets along with my other cats, but they have definitely had spats that have almost caused a vet visit, so he may be best alone. He needs to go ASAP. Thank you.

Story
A portion of my adoption fee has been sponsored by my friends at The Murray Fund. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $175.00 will be applied during the contract process Hi, my name is Hootie! I'm a transfer from a local impound in MN. From the foster: Hi, I'm Hootie! I bet you have never met a kitten as spunky as me! I love to do all your typical kitten things like running, jumping and pouncing! But you know what I love more? Wrestling! Once all my wrestling charades are over, I'm ready to snuggle and show you my soft side. I came into the rescue as a single kitten with no siblings, so I'm still learning to be a gentleman. Because I didn't have siblings to show me the ropes, I'm still a little mouthy and can play a bit rough with other cats and dogs, which means I might not be the best choice for small children. I would love to have a buddy to play with and continue to show me to be the best little kitty I can be! Medical Bio:Hello! Throughout my veterinary care at The Bond Between, it was discovered that I have a grade 4/6 heart murmur. I had a cardiologist and echocardiogram performed. The Vet Team recommends that I stay on my current medication and have special blood work done every 6 months to monitor for any signs of heart disease. My future adopter can choose to pursue further cardiac consultation/treatment per a primary veterinarian's recommendations at their own expense.

I am Stripes. I am from Texas. I am best friends with my pal Gracie and we need to be adopted together. Our total adoption fee will be $300. Hello! My name is Stripes, and I traveled with my sister Gracie all the way from Texas to TBB. When I first arrived at my foster home, I was a little scared and shy. It took me a few weeks to feel brave enough to leave my safe room and explore my surroundings. Once I did, I made myself at home. My ideal forever home will have a room I can claim as my own while I get comfortable, and lots of patience while I build up trust and confidence at my own speed in a new environment. Don't be surprised if this takes weeks, but please don't let this scare you! My foster mom promises you that I'm worth it, because I'm such a sweet kitty. Before you know it, I'll be integrated into the household. My foster mom describes me as a sweet cat, with soft fur and the cutest striped tail! I love my humans and human attention. I will sit in your lap while you watch tv, and let you know I want attention by head butting your hand so I can get pets! I have impeccable litter box skills, and I'm pretty good about using a scratching post. I don't like being picked up or having my nails trimmed, so a forever family with experience and confidence handling cats will be very helpful. Some of my favorite things include: -Churru treats -Napping in your lap while you work or watch tv -Sleeping on fuzzy blankies -Playing chase with my sister Gracie around the house -Chin and ear scratches I would do best in a home with older, respectful children or no children, as quick movements and random noises scare me. I'm a little picky about my feline friends, but have tolerated other kitties with slow introductions. I haven't lived with dogs in my current foster home. Also, my sister Gracie is my best friend. We love to play together, groom each other, and nap together. We have been through a lot together, and will be adopted together. If we sound like a good fit, please apply to learn more!

Story
A portion of my adoption fee has been sponsored by my friends at Tito's Handmade Vodka. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $125.00 will be applied during the contract process. I am Tippi. I am from Missouri https://youtube.com/shorts/qi_niAPY2BY?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/jwRFcjiUifU?feature=share From her foster: When thinking about your ideal cat companion, do the words gentle, independent, and quiet come to mind? Do you have the patience to build a relationship with a cat over months, allowing them space to adjust and time to trust? If yes, Tippi might be what you've been looking for. Tippi is all about small steps, but she is absolutely worth it. Tippi is a sweet soul looking for a forever home with lots of love and patience to allow her to come out of her shell at her own speed. Tippi arrived in rescue very scared and shy, and it took a few weeks before she attempted to explore the house, or come out of hiding. The ideal home for Tippi is one with patience, that is quiet, with a room she can have for herself starting out where her new family doesn't mind if she hides for a month or more in order to gain trust and get comfortable. Tippi can scare easily, and new people cause her to run and hide. Having a quiet space where she can decompress and feel safe is required. Tippi will never never be the life of the party (she'll be hiding in the closet while the party is going on), but she'll demonstrate her bond by flopping next to you and holding your hand with her paws and rubbing her face on you. Or she'll approach you while you're watching tv to meow and ask for pets on her terms. She has occasionally slept on the bed with her foster mom, and waits most mornings after the alarm goes off for her "morning pets. It took 8 months for Tippi to not hide and greet her foster mom when she returned home from work. Some of Tippi's favorite things include: -Her yellow squeaky mouse -Her tunnel (for playing and hiding) -Churru treats -A mechanical floppy fish -Banana yeowwws -Ear and chin scritches Tippi has done well with younger kitty friends. She is great with covered litter boxes, has a healthy appetite, and knows what scratching posts are for. If Tippi sounds like a good match, please apply to learn more!

A portion of my adoption fee has been sponsored by my friends at Tito's Handmade Vodka. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $150.00 will be applied during the contract process. Hi! My name is Aya Louisa and I am from Minnesota. From the foster: Aya is a calm and independent cat. She greets me at the door when I come home and follows me around for 15-20 minutes.. When she's hungry, she lets me know with cute meows until I adjust my plans to feed her. While she enjoys sitting on my lap or near me for pets, she's not a fan of cuddling. One of her favorite pastimes is watching the world through windows and screen doors. Petite yet full of personality, Aya is a wonderful companion.
