Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Introducing Odin! He is a 1-year-old, 80lb Great Pyrenees who came to us as an owner surrender when his owner was no longer able to care for him. Odin is a sweet boy who loves to be with his people and would enjoy a forever home where his people are home often with him. He would also love a forever home that has a fenced yard for him to roam and explore. No apartment or busy city life for him. He does appear to be hearing impaired and can lash out if startled so extra care will need to be taken as he adjusts to his new home and becomes familiar with his people and surroundings. For this reason, we are looking for an adult only home for him. Odin has done well with other dogs in our care and will make an incredibly loyal companion to whoever adopts him. He has lived in a home before and has some good manners and hopes to find his forever home soon! Odin is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet this big sweetheart, Marcy! She is a 4-year-old, 72 LB Pyrenees/Saint Bernard/Retriever mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA in hopes of finding her forever home here in WA! Marcy is an absolute love! She enjoys being with her people, going on walks, and just hanging out enjoying life. She has had a tough past and would love a forever home that takes her on daily walks, has a yard for her to romp around in, and a couch big enough for her share with her people for cuddle time. Marcy has done well with other dogs in our care and would be a great additional dog to a home. She would also do fine as an only dog, soaking up all the love and attention. This big girl has a big heart and is ready to find her people to love on and be loved! Marcy is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $450.

Story
Coral is a stunning 7-month-old, 48-pound Great Pyrenees mix who was found abandoned in a field, but you’d never guess it from her sweet, easygoing nature. She’s super mellow, loving, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Her happy-go-lucky personality will brighten your day, and she’s sure to keep you laughing with her playful charm. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who’s ready to bring joy and love into your life, Coral is your girl! Could you be her forever home?IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.March 4, 2025, 3:11 pm

Story
I have a very very cool name. I mean, who names a dog after a "lasting impression" left by anyone through actions, beliefs or accomplishments that may resonate with people???? I have to live up to this name and believe me, I am trying!!! My rescue family has definitely left an impression with me... I was so sick, scared, injured, dirty, scared when the rescue pulled me from the pound.... and LOOK AT ME NOW!! I have white fur, smiling face, relaxed and happy eyes and an openness for the future!! Can't leave a better LEGACY than that! So, here i am looking to leave a LEGACY with your family :) I can teach you about rescue, and adoption. Giving a dog a second chance and COMMITTING to them ;) Look me up and please adopt me, I am SO READY!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
