Story
My name is Goofy and it couldn't be more fitting! I am, in fact, a goofball but I'm also a super smart guy with a big ole smile and ears who have a mind of their own. I am house trained, kennel trained (in fact, I feel safest eating my meals in my crate and won't feel threatened it's going to be taken from me), and know lots of commands- sit, wait, paw, kennel, down, drop it, and I play a great game of fetch. My favorite snacks are cold cucumbers! I love the kids in my foster homes and have learned to refrain from jumping on my people except when I'm just too excited to hold it in. I love playing with other dogs and would love a furry friend in my FURever home. No old, grouchy dogs, because I'm not great at not begging them to play, but I get along well with all sizes. Cats are like balls to me and I want to chase and fetch them, so it's best the home doesn't have any. I'm super friendly and looooove to be loved on so if your hands are free for endless pets, use them to submit an application to meet me!

Story
Hey there! Bruno here. After being abandoned in a shopping center, I was welcomed with open arms into my loving foster home. I'm an energetic guy who loves playing with other smaller dogs, especially the girlies. I've quickly shown how smart I am, too! I potty outside like I've learned from my furry friends and I'm even kennel-trained, too. Kids and cats are okay in my book, too! If you like my dreamy eyes and lovely coat, you should promptly apply to meet me! C'mon, let's be pals!

Story
My name is Loki, and I'm told I am the most handsome boy in the world. I am full of energy and excited to be your new BFF. I am 3 years old. I am housebroken, can stay in a crate if you are work, and love to sleep next to you at night. I am very active and looking for a job to keep me engaged. I'm told I'm very smart, although when playing catch I still don't bring the ball all the way back. I love to run and play in the yard. I currently live with a lot of other dogs and cats. I get reactive with the older, male dog and the female who doesn't like me much. I don't care for other male dogs in general. The cats are fun to chase, but I'm told I play too rough with them at times. Sometimes we do sleep next to each other though. I love my chew toys and car rides, and going places. Best of all, I love hanging out with you. Loki's best scenario would be with someone with knowledge of this breed (Queensland Blue Heeler). He has NOT been around small children and I wouldn't recommend that. He would probably be OK with older children and teens who can behave appropriately around this kind of dog. He is a very loving and devoted dog who wants nothing more than to be around you.

Story
Heeler traits: independent, loyal/devoted, affectionate, strong work ethic Ivy was left behind at an apt complex and true to her breed, she was loyal enough to stay on the grounds for weeks evading capture. DJ Allen, the dog whisperer, came in and soothed her enough to loop her and stop her running. We were blessed to find a loving foster to allow her to decompress and now we can see how lovely a dog she is. She loves car rides, did well at the vet, was stoic while getting a public bath, and loves her little treat bites. Ivy is in a house with 2 adults, 2 children and 4 other dogs. Foster says she can usually be found in a quiet space or outside enjoying the sunshine. Rarely is there interaction with the other dogs, so Ivy would be great as an only dog. She would make a wonderful running or walking partner. Ivy is a tiny 43 lbs, thought to be around 3 years old, and is a quiet little girl. She has two eye colors, believed by Native Americans to see heaven and earth. She still needs to get spayed but get applications in as she will not last long.

Story
**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Misty Dawn is a gentle soul with a heart as golden as her fur. Initially shy, she warms up quickly with a little bit of patience and love. Misty is a loyal companion who enjoys leaning in for scratches and running zoomies around the yard. She does enjoy playgroups with gentle, quieter dogs, but is terrified of cats and would prefer a home without them. Misty Dawn has a curious nature and enjoys exploring the great outdoors. While she may be reserved to new environments, her sweet demeanor is sure to shine through once she feels safe and secure. With gentle, respectful dogs she does well but she can be selective about who she interacts with. Puppies are of great joy to her, so perhaps a smaller canine companion? Sweet, gentle Misty has been enjoying time in a foster home, and all the perks that come with it -- comfy beds, lots of trips to exciting new places, and an understanding of the comforts of home. She'd love to be shown even more in a home of her own! Misty Dawn has been fortunate enough to have a DNA panel ran, and her results are via the link below: https://www.wisdompanel.com/app/s/bgk06s9 *** Please apply to foster or adopt online at www.corridorrescue.org Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org The adoption fee of $225 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines.
