Story
Hiya! They call me Pootsie! I am a 2 year old, large size, spayed female, and I'm looking for my fur-ever home! I'm a fun and frisky kitty that loves playtime, chatting, and nibbling on tasty treats! I would love to find a home where I can be the center of attention. My ideal family would be with someone who is familiar with active and opinionated cats like me. I would do best with adults or teens in my new home, and as the only cat, as I tend to get overstimulated which means that sometimes I just want some alone time. I love to play with toys and will jump at the chance to chase a feather wand. If you are looking for a feline companion who will keep you entertained- perhaps I'm the gal for you? Ask for me by name!! Pootsie ID# A936188  Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Story
Hi there!  My name is Zelda and I'm a 1 and a half year old, spayed, Domestic short hair cat. I'm a gentle little sweetheart who can be on the shy side, but I love being pet! I'd do best in an adult only home or one with older kids. I will roll around and purrr to show you I'm happy. Once I'm comfortable, I enjoy playing with toys! For more information, just ask Customer Service about Zelda!!  ID# A944857 This cat tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).  He/she otherwise appears to be in excellent health.  Cats with FIV can usually live for many years with no medical problems.  Usually at some point however the virus will start to affect them.  The most common thing that happens is that they get sicker than a normal cat would when they get a cold or other condition.  FIV is transmitted almost exclusively via bite wounds. For this reason we recommend that this cat should be an only cat and not be allowed outdoors.  New owner should be prepared to have expenses relating to veterinary care in the future. Please ask to speak with a PHS Veterinarian to learn more about this cat and FIV.Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. I'm Donna and I sure am glad to meet ya! I'm a 1 year old, spayed female, Domestic Short hair brown tabby kitty. Story
Hello there, my name is Fresa! I'm a 3 year old, medium sized, spayed female, domestic short hair cat that's ready for my next adventure. I'm a fun and frisky kitty that loves pets and playtime! I can get riled up with too much excitement, so I'd do best in a cat-savvy home with kids 10+ where I can get affection on my own terms. If you're looking to add a companion like me to your household, please stop by the shelter and ask for Fresa, ID# A900749. Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.
