Story
Meet Noah! Noah is a 2-year-old, male, Collie/Heeler mix weighing 42 lbs. He was originally found on HWY 276 in Rockwall County on 11/11/2023 and brought to the shelter on 11/13/2023. Sadly, his owners never reclaimed him. So now, he is looking for his new fur ever home! Noah is a sweet and playful boy. He walks well on a leash, loves his soft blankets and toys. He does well with kids, but has a bouncy nature and needs to be in a home with older children. His not good with cats or smaller dogs. Noah is good with some dogs, but he likes to be the leader of the pack. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is suggested to ensure they get along prior to adoption. Noah has been a shelter resident for 267 days as of 08/06/24 and is a Diamond Dog. Noah's adoption fee is $75. He is neutered, current on his rabies vaccination, boosters to date, microchipped and heartworm negative. If you are interested in adopting Noah, please submit an online adoption application at https://rockwalladoptions.com/adopt.../adoption-application/. Noah is looking forward to meeting you!  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Story
Mork and Mindy were part of a large group of dogs that were abandoned in a poor area known for stray dogs. They survived because a few people in that area fed them, and 1 lady in particular tries to help as many as she can. We took them to get them off the street and give them a better life. These are sweet dogs that just need a chance to show you their personalities and their love. Rescued dogs like this make great pets because they are so grateful. Mork and Mindy are learning manners now and hope you will be their forever home.If you would like to adopt this sweet furbaby, please complete our pre-qualification application at this link: https://bit.ly/2CCVFPV#AdoptDontShop #TBCAnimalRescue

Story
Pinto was one of 7 pups that came to us with their Mom, Paisley. They were very fearful and unsocialized. Over time we rehabilitated 3 of his siblings and they were adopted. Pinto is now showing signs of being ready. A loving and patient home is what he needs to overcome his remaining fears but he is loving and wants to be your good boy! He's beautiful and the only one that looks like a Collie mix.If you would like to adopt this sweet furbaby, please complete our pre-qualification application at this link: https://bit.ly/2CCVFPV#AdoptDontShop #TBCAnimalRescue

Bellah and Beau were at a rural shelter on the Eu list due to length of stay and being over crowded.  They are stunning dogs.  They are super sweet and very calm.  They do not jump on you but love affection.  They don't bark much unless there is something or a noise behind the fence.  They are not chewers, nor food aggressive and they are great with other dogs, people and children.  We think they are ok with cats too. They don't dig in the yard and they love to eat! Super beautiful too! ##2136563##

Story
Even senior dogs know the value of a good treat and BettyAnn knows her good behavior deserves a tasty reward. Around ten years old, this lovely lady hasn't always enjoyed the finer things in life, so she is content to just take it easy and touch grass - literally. BettyAnn enjoys short, slow, walks due to her tender hip. Just spending time in the yard, seeing the sky and clouds brings her joy. She can certainly live in a home with other dogs, but she's not interested in rambunctious play. She's a mature lady and just wants to enjoy each day. She prefers a soft bed to spending time in her crate but is accepting of either. She's not dependent on others for constant attention and interaction, but after spending time alone, BettyAnn lights up when she sees her people. She may not have been blessed with a loving family in her early life, but she's definitely ready for one now, and maybe a soft patch of grass to call her own. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. Story
We have had Oliver since he was just weeks old and he has always been such a loving pup. He was given to my daughter by a friend. He has always been an indoor dog and he was potty trained pretty easily. He is great with children, as long as we had him never had issues with him. He loves attention and for people to pet him. He is not a barker, only when he wants to get someone's attention or when he really needs to go potty. He has been around dogs but gets a bit nervous with bigger dogs. Although we marked him as a border collie, because that is what his paperwork says, he is mixed with another breed, not sure what it is. Our family loves Oliver, we are just in a different season in life and our family situation has changed. Our schedules have gotten pretty busy and my daughter has gone off to college. We have tried everything we can but we are at a point where we feel like he needs to be with someone who can attend to him and give him the love and care that he deserves.

Story
Hi! I'm Astrid! I'm an approximately 3 year old, female, Cattle dog mix. I was found on 08/12/2024 off FM549 in Heath and brought to the shelter on 08/14/2024. Sadly, I have not been reclaimed. I am a sweet little lady who enjoys playing and bouncing around! I absolutely love people. My finders said that I walked right up to them and immediately tried to claim them as my own. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my spay, rabies vaccination, basic boosters, microchip, and heartworm test. Story
Hello my name is Dorothy. I am a 3 year old female Cattle dog/Dachshund mix that weighs around 35 Lbs.
