Story
We met this beautiful girl at a local Walmart while collecting Toys for Tots with the Explorers. A family was moving out of state with four kids and dogs in a small RV and didn't have room for her. We took her in and she became an unofficial mascot of our post and she wound up housed in our place. She has amazing eyes, beautiful coat and is full of energy. She is wonderful with people, especially kids. Best of all she is not finicky. She'll make a fine guard dog and companion for everyone in your home. Unfortunately changes at the station, as well as my own living situation--I am going overseas, and getting married--mean we need to find her a more permanent and still loving home.

Story
Gypsy has had a hard year. Her owner of many years passed away and she has been longing for a new human companion to give her a happy home. Gypsy is an extremely lovable dog who would ideally prefer to be an only dog. However, Gypsy has plenty of experience living with other dogs and cats. Gypsy loves walks and being by your side for love and companionship. She would make a wonderful friend to someone looking for a senior gal who still has her pep! :)

Story
Sakara is a beautiful, soft, loving, and loyal smaller Siberian Husky. Once she becomes acquainted with her family, she acts like such a baby. She loves to go on walks, road trips, loves to be petted, enjoys playing fetch and running around the yard, then naps several times a day. She is super curious about meeting new people and other dogs. She does not bark. Sakara will need time to acclimate to a new environment and people. While she's very loving and sweet, she'll need to gain the trust of her new humans. Over the years, she's become sensitive to people rubbing her belly, but she does allow her owners to do this. She also allows us to remove her food while eating, and we can take her toy while she has a treat in it, but this has taken time to develop that trust and understanding. We groom her ourselves due to her sensitivities.

Story
Courtesy Post: (This dog is not in Rescue and Rehome's care, but we are helping find a loving home for Gypsy, who needs a home and is very deserving!) Gypsy and her 4 puppies were abandoned and rescued by a good Samaritan. Gypsy's puppies have been adopted and now Gypsy is looking for her forever family where she will be part of the family and allowed indoors. Her estimated date of birth is 11/12/22; weight 50 lbs. She is healthy, spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. Gypsy tends to be cautious of new people, but once she warms up she shows affection and playfulness. She enjoys playing tug with other dogs and going for walks. She is well behaved on a leash. She likes to hang out with her humans and snuggle at night. Gypsy is house trained. She is eager to learn and is food driven. Would do well in a home with older/mature children. $150 adoption fee, cash only. If interested in meeting Gypsy, please tell us a little about yourself, your family, your other pets and where you live.

Story
Hello there! I’m Mateo, which means “Gift of God” because that’s what my foster mom says I am. I’m a 2 year old, tri-colored chihuahua who wants to find my one special family to play and snuggle with for the rest of my days. A fun fact about me is that I have paddle-like feet, which my foster mom says make me even cuter! I am great around kids and other dogs as well. Like all other Lucky Chi’s I’m neutered, fully vaccinated and had my dental. If I seem like a good fit for you, please fill out a form at the bottom of our Adoptable Chi’s page!

Story
Hi! Aidan here, and I’m a 2 year old fun-loving boy! It’s been fun playing with the other dogs here at the Lucky Chi ranch, but my dream is to find my furever home where I can be loved and played with all day long. My foster mom describes me as a happy, playful guy and I would like to agree! My favorite part of the day is when I get to play fetch with my fluffy toy. I would be good in many different families as I’m great by myself, with other dogs or with kids! Like all other Lucky Chi’s I’m neutered, fully vaccinated and had my dental. If you’re looking for a dog to snuggle and play with, we’d be a great pair! So please be sure to fill out a form at the bottom of our Adoptable Chi’s page. I can’t wait to meet you!
