Story
Bosley is a well-rounded, adult male dog. He is friendly, affectionate, loyal, gentle, playful, smart, and brave, and he exudes dignity and a funny personality. He enjoys the company of other dogs and is a very good boy. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him instantly. He has a big heart and lots of love to give, and he is very well-behaved. He is an all-around great dog and will make a great addition to any family. If you're looking for a new best friend, look no further than Bosley! He is an adult dog, so he doesn't have the energy levels of a puppy, but he still enjoys a good walk and a run around the park. He is house-trained and knows basic commands like 'sit' and 'stay.' He is an intelligent dog and is quick to learn new things. Bosley is 40 pounds and 4 years old. If you were interested in meeting or adopting him, please go straight to our website and file the online adoption application at fochp.org     Please fill out our online application (www.fochp.org).  Once you meet the pet and decide it is the right pet for your family there is an adoption fee.  The adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, microchip, 30-day pet health insurance which you will need to order when we provide you with the number.    Our adoption fees are non-refundable so please be sure you are ready for a commitment to the pet you are interested in. Please be sure to check your spam mail if you feel you have not heard from us. Once we receive the application, we can put you in touch with the foster home so you can schedule a time to meet the pet.  Our adoption process is pretty quick, and a lot of volunteers are involved to ensure you get a quick response.  Please…. only fill out the application if you are ready to adopt right now and have consent from all parties involved.  Once you submit the application please verify that it is received (the screen will say your application has been received) if you do not get that message it has not been submitted. – if you do not hear from us within 1 hour, we may not have received your application.    Adoptions are based on Best fit/match and then 1st come 1st serve.  Please check your email regularly for a response from the foster and be prepared for the opportunity to meet the dog as soon as they can be adopted.    July 14, 2024, 10:29 pm

Story
Please contact Kel (kel@kelbehr.com) for more information about this pet.Dini is a goofy sweet boy. He listens well and is very eager to please, except on walks he will sometimes act up when walking on a leash if he sees something that grabs his attention. He is crate trained. He loves to sleep in his crate at night, I think it’s his safe space.  Dini loves to play with other dogs once he gets to know them but sometimes has problems in social situations. He does need a secure yard with high fences, but his long legs make him a very handsome boy. He’s very loyal and will want to spend time with his family, so someone home for part of the day would make him happy. He will follow you around and go wherever you go but does understand boundaries. He likes to protect his people so he will bark if someone comes to the door, if you are looking for a living alarm system, he would be a great match. Dini did not get any socialization as a puppy. This has caused him to have some trust concerns.  Since he came to the rescue, we have been working with him on that and he gets better every day. He is up to date on his shots, nurtured and microchipped. He is house trained and will do some basic commands. He is about 80 lbs. and just a big baby. If you are interested in making Dini a part of your family, please go to www.fochp.org and fill out an application.    Please fill out our online application (www.fochp.org).
