Story
We adopted Maxine from the Lancaster animal shelter in July 2022. She was 7 months old and knew basic commands like sit. She was very friendly during our first meeting, and that has remained true since we've brought her home. She is full of energy and loves to chase after just about anything. Max recently got out of our fenced backyard (accidentally) and chased after - and bit - another dog that was walking nearby. While we have never seen this behavior from her in the past, with two young children at home, keeping her is not feasible. She would do well in a home where she’s the only dog, with an owner/owners who love and appreciate her energy!

Story
My friend was looking to rehome puppies because she did not have the necessary space to keep them so I took in Benny but unfortunately due to income and living conditions I can no longer give him the time that he deserves. He is 3 years old now. I want someone who can give him all their time and energy to give him the best possible life. He is very loving but not a fan of strangers so it might take some time for him to warm up to you. He also does not like fireworks and attempts to escape if he does hear any

Story
Picasso is a super sweet 3-year-old pure tricolor Australian Shepard who we rescued 2 years ago. He is trained in all basic commands and loves to chase/herd balls and play tug-o-war. He is very protective of my youngest daughter, which has led to the need to re-home him after biting incidents: a gardener who entered the yard unannounced and got too close to my daughter (animal control ruled dog not at fault), myself, when I raised my voice to circumvent my youngest from breaking a mirror, and her older sister when she acted threatening to her. He went to aggression training at South Bay K-9 to learn additional commands and subdue his aggression, but obviously his innate feelings to protect my youngest daughter persists. For example, he vocalizes when we hug and he tries to block my entrance to her room. If it were me alone, I would keep him, but, as much as it is heart wrenching, he would do best with a single dominant adult.

Story
Due to my new work schedule and personal situation I have to rehome my fur baby. This has been a hard decision for me but I want him to get the attention and love he deserve. I would rather find him a home than surrender him to a shelter. Milo is 2yrs old, he turned 2 on oct. 22nd. He’s a mixed breed but I’m not sure what he is mixed with. He is very active and smart. Milo is attention seeking lol. Did I mention he’s very active? Very sweet and loving. Please reach out if you have any questions. His pics aren’t the greatest because as I’ve stated, he’s very active lol so it’s hard to get a good pic of him.

Story
Ruby is 9 years old. We have had her since she was a puppy. Total sweetheart! Looking for a good home since we can no longer have her at our apartment. She is currently staying her at our shop and it saddens me to leave her here by herself when we close up shop for the day. Hoping someone can take her in to their home.
