Story
Venus was acquired as a puppy. She is 4 years old and was born in June 2020. We are looking for a loving new home where she has a big yard to run around in. She is used to sleeping inside the home, so it would be great if the new family doesn’t mind having her inside the home. Some adjectives to describe her is energetic, playful, and protective of family members. She loves attention. Venus is a very loving pet and would love a home that can give her a lot of attention and time. We cannot keep her anymore because my son has developed chronic allergies. We hope she can complete your family.

Story
Leona's story is unfortunately not unique. She was abandoned and left behind when her family moved. When we finally found and spoke to the family, they said they left the side gates open so Leona could go "free." Thankfully, Leona stayed put all that time. Leona is a beautiful 2-year-old spayed female pup who is laid-back, submissive, and friendly. She had lived all her life in the backyard, so we had to teach her everything from the beginning. After being in our foster home for a couple of months, she has blossomed into the sweetest companion. She’s affectionate, cuddly, calm, and happy, with a gentle demeanor. Leona gets along with men, women, kids, and both dogs and cats. She is smart and eager to learn, quickly mastering some basic commands. Leona has received a thorough vet check-up and has a clean bill of health. At 75 lbs, she’s fully vaccinated and has tested negative for heartworm, parasites, and other conditions. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this loving girl, please text 949-331-6299 (Lin) or email atickettohappiness@gmail.com. Let’s help Leona find the forever home she deserves! Story
Mandy will be 3 on 10/13/24, and I adopted her from the Long Beach animal shelter in April of ‘23. She was only there a month, and was estimated at 1.5 years old at adoption by a vet. Completely unknown history before that, but clearly had been owned by someone and socialized and well taken care of before ending up on the street and then the shelter. She gets along with almost every and any dog, but has a strong energy level that can sometimes set off the other dog, but not once has ever started with aggression towards another dog. She loves wrestling, especially with boy dogs, and is very snuggly and kissy with people. Her DNA test came back as roughly 50% American Staffy, 25% German shepherd, then pit, Pyrenees, lab, and Aussie shepherd mixed into the last 25%. She’s a great dog, but I have had to move into an apartment and I think she would be better off with more space, and multiple humans to take care of her and be around for her to spend time with.

Story
Zeus is a full breed chocolate lab, I have all the paperwork from breeder. He just turned 4 years old and is loving and a velcro pup. He definitly needs to be around people, preferrably a house with kids to love on him. He is a covid pup so a little fearful of strangers at first but once introduced he is very friendly and playful. He has. alot of energy loves the ball and loves walks and attention. He is very vocal, we like to say he talks to us. He loves to cuddle be near his humans. I'm empty nesting and the kids are not home as much, I am going back to the office FT and feel that as much time as he will spends at home alone is not fair to him. So l am looking for a good family to take him. He is well taken care of and has insurance through VCA and ASPCA. He takes monthly flea meds that I have a 6 month supply of.
