Story
I am Mickey, estimated date of birth Jan 2013. DRWB rescued me from a family who did not love me, I had it tough with them. But I am lucky because my foster is so loving and cares for me so much. First I did not trust anyone; now I am more confident but still I am conservative when meeting new people. I love to play with my puppy friends, run, and enjoy the moment. I tend to be a barker, and get along better with female doggies. My foster says that it would be best if I don't go to a family with small children (no less than 12 yrs old)

Story
Romeo was found as a stray, he was timid and didn't trust anyone at first. He was taken to the vet and since then his rehabilitation started.. Now he is a friendly and sweet boy; he is active but not hyperactive, loves to socialize and play with other dogs. He is currently 38 pounds and is approximately 3 yrs old.. Romeo is more confident on himself now and trust humans faster; he likes male and female humans, including kids. He sleeps in a crate with the door open. He is obedient, and alerts his family when he hears strange noises outside the house. He rides very well in the car and is used to being in a crate while commuting. If put on a potty schedule, he waits for his foster to open the door to the outdoor yard to go potty. He will mark territory initially when in a new home, but he get into this potty routine without an issue. He is learning how to walk on leash. He is not food aggressive but eats very fast. Loves toys. He deserves a loving family that will have time for playtime and walks. Romeo deserves an awesome family.

Story
Pepper is a a sweet and loving dog; her estimated DOB is mid January, 2023 and currently 27 pounds, she is happy, friendly, playful, loves to eat. She is SUPER smart. She was rescued from a garbage dumpster along with her little sister Cocoa when they were only a few weeks old (~ 7 weeks). She is fully grown. Super sweet, gets along with all dogs and loves humans. She loves playtime with other K9 friends. Currently Pepper lives indoors and has access to a patio, she likes to go potty outdoors on the same exact spot. A home with another friendly dog would be a huge plus. She will be a little shy initially, but will adjust in just a few days once she realizes that she is in a safe and loving environment.

Story
Tito is a Border Collie mix. He’s four years old and 50 pounds. He was a stray, rescued from the streets of TJ, and he was injured at the time of his rescue. He unfortunately had to have his leg amputated due to the severity of his injuries. Despite suffering so much, he is an easy going, loving and grateful dog. He loves humans and loves to be in the company of his humans. He’s obedient, loves car rides, and sleeps in his crate with the door open. He walks well on a leash and gets around despite having lost his leg. He likes most dogs but small dogs tend to annoy him, and he does best with female dogs. He doesn’t like to share his food unless he likes the other dog. He loves being petted. He would be a wonderful companion, and he deserves to find a loving family.

Story
Meet Lucas! This beautiful boy is between 1.5 and 2 yrs old, he is 45 lbs. Lucas was found on the streets with no ID tag or microchip. We suspect he got out of his home and got lost. His family couldn't be located despite efforts to find them. He was taken to the Vet for vaccinations, neuter surgery, blood work, and microchipping. He is healthy and happy. Since his rescue, he has been living with his rescuers/fosters. The family has 2 other dogs and Lucas gets along great with them. Lucas is very friendly, full of energy, playful, requires lots of stimulation. Gets along with people of all ages. He LOVES to go out on walks and runs, he is super agile and smart. He is not food aggressive. He loves treats y toys. The foster discovered that he gets his feelings hurt when she mistakenly threw a toy for him to fetch but hit him instead (it was a soft toy), he thought the toy was aimed at him instead. Please be mindful of this. He sleeps in the living room in his bed with blankets. He goes potty outdoors. He does not like crates, he gets stressed out and cries if confined. He "talks" to her foster to let her know when he gets hungry. He is funny! Lucas has to go to a family that is active, as this guy will need a couple of walks/runs per day. Please keep in mind that Aussie Shepherds are active and energetic, love playtime, exhibit an impulse to herd anything. If you are looking for a brainy, active, and trainable partner for work or sport, this is the dog for you.

Story
Hi, my name is Curry and I am a friendly, playful, and smart puppy with a curious, athletic, funny, and loyal nature. At 5 months old I am already 23 pounds, my vet thinks I will be around 40 when fully grown. I am affectionate and love giving kisses to my loved ones. I love playing with other dogs and I’m always up for making new four-legged friends. I enjoy playing with toys, going on walks, and exploring new places. I love food!!! I can eat super fast, so a slow eating plate is needed for me! Also, because I love food my foster says that I can be trained fairly easy if you offer me some yummy treats :) My foster mom says I can be in a crate for a couple of hours if needed, but please don't leave me in it for many hrs as I need my exercise and stimulation! I am a young pup right now and I am just looking for the perfect forever home where I can grow up and be loved. If you are looking for a sweet, playful, and loyal companion, look no further. With my adorable puppy eyes and sweet nature, I'm sure to steal your heart. Come meet me and let's start our new adventure together!
