Story
My husband and I picked up Sky from a home in Miami. The couple couldn’t have him because of his size and they had to let him go. He was around 4 months when we picked him up. He is now 7 years old. Why we are deciding to re-home our dog is because we have a 13 month old daughter and she loves sky. But my husband works long hours and he is very strong for me to walk him on my own with the baby. And it’s getting more and more difficult to take him out and fill his needs. I want a home that can satisfy his needs. We think it’s a good idea to re-home him and find a better life for him. We are not happy about this choice but I feel like we are being selfish on keeping him. He truly is an amazing dog. He loves kids. He’s been around them since we had him. He is okay with cats. He won’t hurt them but he does like to chase them. He is very vocal. He loves to talk and play catch. He is a very calm dog. And very smart.

Story
WE ARE SORRY BUT WE ONLY ADOPT WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA Kohana is a handsome, senior boy at 10 years old. He came in as an owner surrender due to the owner becoming disabled and had to move in with her daughter who had other dogs that didn't get along with him. Kohana is a big boy at around 100 lbs. and sweet with adults. Particularly with females, he loves to sit on you. Unfortunately, he does not like kids and will bark at them. He'll give you a nudge with his head and paw at you when he wants attention. Out of character for most Huskies, if someone comes to the door or approaches the car while he is in it he will get excited and bark. He walks well on a leash and can walk with multiple dogs. He gets along with other dogs and will engage in playing with them. He does well in a car and likes to go for rides. This boy has storm anxiety as many dogs do. He loves to be brushed and get belly rubs. He's very food driven, and food needs to be kept off counters and trashcans need to be stored in pantries or inside a cabinet. Of note, he’s used to being with other dogs but he can be possessive of his humans and would do very well as the only dog, too. Kohana is healthy, Heartworm negative, housetrained, up to date on his shots and neutered. This is a sweet, lovable older boy who deserves a forever home for his remaining years. Story
Mambo was adopted in China in 2020. He came to the states with me in 2022. He is about five or so years old, and a very good pup. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs (he mostly keeps to himself), and is good with children as well. He is a very quiet husky and it is very rare that he barks or whines (he doesn't howl). I think he would do great in most homes where he receives alot of affection. He loves the pets and once you start, he doesn't let you stop. He also requires someone who can walk him and provide that mental stimulation for him (in Florida, it can be quite difficult as the heat in the summer makes it hard).
