Mutt Mutt

Female, Puppy
Hiram, GA
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, House-trained,
Story
LADI, is a beautiful dog, she was abandoned unfortunately at my home by my niece who said she was taking her with her but never did. I believe she is in the family of a Formosan Mountain dog. She is extremely energetic, smart she plays well with other dogs and she gets along with other kids. She does need a fenced in area, I feel she would thrive with a family that has other animals. I can not keep her because I have my own plus my lease does not allow more. She is 7 months old and my niece who stayed with me brought her as a pup. I love her and all animals so I haven't abandoned her but I cannot afford to keep her any longer. She deserves a permanent home with an abundance amount of love to give. Please help me find her a home.

Story
Capone is not a gangster, he's a handsome loverboy. I adopted him in December. He is up to date on all shots, heartworm and flea/tick prevention treatments. I've had him boarded twice for the weekend while out of town in March and May. The only complaint was excessive humping since he's not neutered. He's a beautiful guy with a good personality. I never received any papers from the guy that I got him from. He claimed the parents were American Bully. He is crate-trained. He rings the cowbell hanging on the door when he wants to go outside. He's good with children and other dogs. He will need an experienced trainer. He's still jumping and chewing on everything at eleven months old.

Story
Meet the new kid on the block, Spock! He arrived at the shelter as a lost boy on 2/22, and no one has come to reclaim him. Spock is now searching for a new forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers have enjoyed getting to know Spock, and they describe him as super playful and fun-loving! There is nothing he enjoys more than playing with toys! Spock is friendly and attentive, and he has the best ears ever! What a handsome dude! Spock is approximately 2 years old, and he weighs 74 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and neutered; he will be microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Please come meet Spock in run 835; his ID # is 658328. Story
Meet handsome Rocco! He was surrendered to the shelter on 5/3 and we don't have any information as to why his people made this decision. The only information they left was stating that Rocco is good with kids. The volunteers describe Rocco as friendly and curious. He is not thrilled to be stuck in the shelter and we'd love to see him find a new, forever home soon. He is an independent boy and is strong on leash, so he'll need someone patient and kind to work with him on leash walking manners. Rocco does sit nicely when asked. Rocco is approximately 4 years old, and he weighs 62 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Please come meet Rocco in run 47; his ID # is 657337. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers.
